What's great about it: Didn't Have to pay the Ipod touch price tio get it's features!
What's not so great: Have to be a little careful or you scratch screen up...but I have a case now so no worries.

What's great about it: lots of different features, great price
What's not so great: a little complicated at first
"I absolutely love this. Once you spend a little time with it, it is easy to use. It has great sound. I love that it has an FM tuner (which I would much rather have than internet connection) so I can listen to something other than what I have downloaded. And you can record a song from the radio. Now that I have figured out how to download movies it is even better than when I first purchased it. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone. Great player for a great price. I like it much more than the ipod and it costs a whole lot less!"

"were is my wi fi there is only like 4 ganes that all suck blutooth is pointless and if it is broken and you use custimer survice it is super slow and they dont even fix it!!!!!! it also has no aceliromiter or multitouch!!"

What's great about it: Easy to set up, good touch screen, awesome sound, & everything inbetween!!
What's not so great: May be hard to use at first, price is a little high

What's great about it: not an ipod
What's not so great: everything else
"functionality is a problem. touch screen casuses several problems if your hands are the least bit moist/not moist enough. Definitely do not recommend working out with this unit, as it is not easy to use on the go. Also be weary of Samsung customer service if the unit breaks. You will not be helped in a timely manner, nor will you have good satisfaction."

"I got this mp3 right, the sound on it is much much better than the ipod touch i have to say. But the durability is terrible. I only had it for about 3 months and it broke. Most pieces shattered like glass. Id recommend to buy the 1 year replacement plan."

"the touch screen is great nice and brigt great battery life the only hard thing is the firmware updates i called samsung and they showed me hot to do them but i like this mp3 player dont listen to the people who hate it becasue their wrong its a good mp3 player and i can pair it with my phone"

What's great about it: Fair price, very easy setup
What's not so great: very infrequent firmware updates
"Most people would compare this to the iPod touch. Well, iI am going to tell you, right off the bat, that this device is no match for the iPod touch. I have had my P2 for about 8 months. The touch screen isn't nearly as responsive as it should be, it scratches pretty easily, and it doesn't have very many good features. Most of the hype about this device comes from the bluetooth, which to be honest, isn't very good. But overall IT WORKS. Plays mp3s and videos, so if you are looking for just a regular mp3 player, I guess you could go for this. The touch screen and bluetooth are nothing to get excited about, and you can easily get something just as good for half the price. If you want higher quality, better features and a really good multitouch screen, go with the iPod touch."

"I have purchased one from circuit city as well. Once I had it, I love it. The sound quality is much better than iPod, or even sony players. But about 3 month later, the ear bud connector got loose and the sound gets messed up. So I send back for repair. Who knew their customer service is so slow!! really really slow. I am out of a Mp3 player for almost 1 and half now. They said, they will send me a new one, they still haven't received one yet. Disappointing.
But overall, the player is best at its sound. touch screen its not multi-touch like the ipod. So dont be suprised."

"I bought this at Circuit city as they were going out of business.at first i had trouble putting in songs,but once figurerd out it works great.some of the reveiws said it was hard to change songs but i have not found that to be truee,also the sound kicks a** in my oponion,the touch screen is cool as well as the displays,havent tried the blue tooth yet but thats not a big deal anyway,i would recommend this player to anyone"

What's not so great: Playlist limited to 400 tracks, is a bit heavy to carry or while running
"This mp3 player is superb. It is a great mp3 player with lots of features. I bought, at the same time, the Sony Walkman, the Nano iPod, and the P2 player to test them out. The P2 is much better than the others. The sound is great. The touch screen feature is nice. Its easy to use. Love the equalizer. The only problem, and this was a big concern for me, was the limited size of tracks you can save as a playlist. You can only store 400 tracks per playlist. To me that extremely dumb beacuse some of my playlists have at least 600 tracks. The other thing is that if you do excercise, it is a bit heavy. But I do like it. Have written Samsung asking when might they update this software limitation so as to have bigger playlists. They haven't answered me."

What's great about it: it's touch screen, and it has awesome features and a very clear screen!!
What's not so great: scratches easily, and takes forever to change song
"well i bought it about a year ago and i was in love with it, clear screen easy to see, easy to manage, and it had very distinctive pictures, i loved it but after a while i started to get fustrated because it was hard changing a song if i wasn't looking at the screen all the time, so i started to get fustrated everytime i had to switch a song. soon after it started getting scratches and i had never even dropped it before there weren't huge but just enough to annoy me. afterward i didn't have much more problems, until a couple of days ago,the sound would only work if i tilted it a certain way and kept it that way. my sister has the exact same one as me, and has had it as long as i have and her's is doing the same thing to. over all i feel this is more for people who don't have to hide there MP3 players in class, and it worked fine in the begging but i have not even have had it for a year and it's alreaday giving me problems. well i hoped this help your desion wether your gonna buy it or not."

"Very easy unit to operate. Not propritary like Zune and iPod - you do not have to use their service to download music or video. The touch screen is large and the picture is great. Sound quality with included ear buds is excellant. Used it for 6 hours straight and had 3 of 4 battery bars."
