Better than Q or Blackberry

Pros: Battery Life!!!
Cons: small keyboard
"I have had both the black berry and the Q and this phone out shines them both. I love the slim design and the finish of the phone.
The phone typically last 3 DAYS on a charge were as my Q with the extended life battery only got about 8 hours at best and my black berry was good for about 18 hours if i didn't really use it.
I would like to see a few more feature, but that has to do more with it using windows mobile than anything else."

Pros: Fast 3G performance, Win Mobile 6, easy-to-use QWERTY keys
Cons: Dust under screen may or may not be warrantable, GPS receiver only compatible with AT&T Telenav ($10/mo)
"At best this can be considered a "refresh" of the original BlackJack, however it will not disappoint. Easy QWERTY keys, GPS receiver, fast 3G support, has almost every feature you want. Biggest complaint is the dust under the screen, LCD seems to be improperly sealed from dust, worried about warranty support about the dust issue."

Pros: Great Features, long lasting battery
Cons: not a touch screen
"This is a very nice phone. It syncs with Outlook and the screen is big enough to read my emails easily. The full keyboard makes it easy for text messaging and writing emails. I like the feature that sets the ring to silent when you have your calendar marked as busy. Makes it easy to go into a meeting not having to worry about your phone interrupting."

"this phone has been excellent for me so far, it is much easier to text on than a phone without a full keyboard. The interface is simple enough for me to understand and the phone itself looks very good and is lightweight. The battery life is sufficient but I wish it would last just a bit longer."

Cons: I'm on my second one.
"This is a great phone. Easy to navigate, easy to text and call. It syncs Outlook contacts and appointments and is easy to transfer pictures and music on and off of the device. The reception is not as good as a Nokia but its still pretty good. The only problem i found with it is my first one just stopped working. It would freeze and eventually when i would turn it on there would be lines running through the Windows Mobile logo and wouldn't start up. But all i had to do was take it in to the AT&T store and they gave me a brand new one. Other than that there is a great phone that looks and operates great."

Cons: may be difficult at first to use
"I recently upgraded my phone from a flip phone to the black jack and Ill tell ya, im never getting a phone without a full keyboard again! im a huge texter and its incredibly easy to text with the blackjack. With windows mobile, you can share all your music, pictures, and even documents between your computer and phone.
At first, it is a tad difficult to manuver through the phone, but after about a day of use, i am a pro.
Definatly worth the money."

"Got this phone few weeks ago and i love it, windows mobile 6 is a great. Its rich html web pages really make on the go email and surfing the web really really easy, i also can sync all of my songs, ring tones pictures and movies also my contacts from my phone i would recommend this phone to all my friends!"
