What's great about it: It's beautiful in my kitchen! What's not so great: We have cats and it seems to really build up a lot of cat hair in the rubber gasket in the door area.
"We have cats and it does seem to build up a lot of cat hair in the rubber gasket just inside the door. However, that really just means it's getting it all off our clothes and linens, so it's really not a draw back. We bought the set, and the pedestals for underneath. They were delivered the next day and we have washed everything in the house since we got them a month ago! It was so nice to see our old washer and dryer set with the rusted tops and scraped up fronts (we inherited them old to begin with) go away and these wonderful, efficient new ones replace them."

Worst Purchase Ever

What's great about it: None What's not so great: Everything
"This washer looks good but I purchased one that had multiple issues and was repaired over and over (water pump, motor, electronic control board, motor speed control board were all replaced) until it was finally declared non-repairable because nothing fixed the problem and was replaced with a new washer. It seemed to work fine. Two days after it was delivered I noticed it was leaking out of the door. I will buy this brand of product again."

What's great about it: Spins clothes almost dry; quiet as a church mouse. What's not so great: None so far.
"We bought this machine over a week ago and it has truly lived up to all the rave reviews written about it. It is so quiet you will check it to make sure it is washing. It holds more than my toploader 3.5 cu. ft. did and still cleans all exceptionally well. Our clothes have never smelled so fresh! When was the last time the dryer was done with its load when the next washed load was ready to go in? That has never happened to me until I got this machine, even using my old dryer just on less time as the clothes come out so much dryer to the touch after the spin cycle that not as much time is needed to dry, nor as much heat! Best Buy's delivery personel are prompt, courteous, and quick, in and out, leveled and ready to go in about 15-20 minutes. Can't beat the service. By far the best large purchase I have made in quite some time. Just need to pay this off so I can get the matching dryer-on sale of course!"

"This is so awesome. I read several reviews on best buy & epionions.com to figure out which one to get. Best buy sales lady was awesome & gave us a discount deliver in 2 days. It was great. We did 10 loads today. Each taking 1 hr start to finish. Considering that it takes 1 1/2 to 2 hrs to do other loads & the clothes are still wet this is amazing. Plus we would have to restart the dryer or washer several times. We just got the washer for now because of finances, but will soon be getting the dryer. Fridgidaire Affinity YOU ROCK!!! Thanks for making my world easier. The clothes smell so fresh when they come out of the dryer now, not all burnt. The washer is awesome & that it saves water & almost dry by the time it comes out. Granted I've only had the washer since 2 p.m. today ut 11:30, but hey I love it none the less & my 13 who will not do his own clothes helped. I will rewrite if things change & I want to throw it against the wall. Oh yeah, Best Buy deliverd for free they were in & out 15 mins. set everything up took away our old washer. I was not hear, but my husband raved about them. Only way to go from now on for us. No moring hurting backs & no more cussing from my husband because he can't figure it out hours or days later YEAH!!!! A."

What's great about it: Quiet spin cycle, Many Options, Very energy efficient What's not so great: Nothing!!
"This washer is just simply amazing!! I bought this product initially, because it is a lot cheaper than the Maytag and LG models. The first time I used it I thought it wasn't working, because I couldn't hear it. The wash and spin cycles are just very quiet. The clothes are almost dry when they come out the washer spins so fast. It also uses barely any water. I would recommend this product to everyone looking for a front load washer."

What's great about it: Whites are Brighter and colors stay true. What's not so great: Most Cycles are 43min.-60min./Quick Wash great 30min. Signal is too low sounding.
"This was a Purchase I don't regret. It's been 1 Year since purchased at BEST BUY.
The Washer is very Quiet, we don't hear it. It's in Basement and Leveled Perfect. I like that the Water fills in and out about 4 times, so the clothes get very clean. Top Loads get 1 Fill and 1 Rinse.
Awsome of how clean the Whites turn out and I use Cold Water on All Tempuratures. Full Size Comfortors fit well and Queen Size. Overfill Queen Size don't.
Read Book and you know to (Wipe Out Rubber Boot Where Water Drain, and Leave Door Slightly Open To Dry). You'll never get stale odor if you follow this, it's in your book."
