What's great about it: Quick inline disconnect is ideal for working out.
What's not so great: Low volume compared to other earphones I have used.
These earphones are very durable and well built for working out or jogging. They have poor volume and sound a little flat. If your intended use is working out or jogging and you don't need a lot of volume or rich full sound these are a good buy when on sale.
This product has... Perfect fit, built for activity, poor volume, flat sounding, no distorted sound.

when i first saw these headphones i thought to myself "they look like they would stay in my ear and for about $50 they should sound great." what a deception that was. i used them mostly for running and i couldnt get them to stay in my ear for the life of me, whether i was running or laying down. and the thing about ear buds is that they sound good if they are securely in your ear and the closer to your ear drum, the better the sound. so overall these earbuds were terrible. i ended up wasting my money on something that did not only fail to do the job i bought them for but also sounded like any other $10 pair of ear buds. if anything just buy a $15 pair of over the head headphones. they will sound much better and for the most part stay on your head better than these.

What's great about it: When used right, the sound quality (including bass) is fantastic
What's not so great: The second I start sweating at the gym they start giving me issues
For a casual listen in a warehouse position or something comparable these would be great! The silicon buds are so much more comfortable than those stupid jelly ear buds and the sound quality is phenomenal.
Only issue is, I use them primarily at the gym (daily) and during cardio workouts the more i sweat the more problems I have. Won't stay in, distorted sound, even a couple headaches for whatever reason.
If used in a much more casual setting these are fantastic earbuds. Perhaps a little expensive but the sound quality pays off.

What's not so great: would like to have paid less
I needed something to ride my bicycle and motorcycle that would not get blown off by the wind, these work great for that, or anything else where the ear-bud type headphones fall out.

What's not so great: sound quality, length of cord, durability
I was looking for some noise-cancelling earbuds to go over my ear to be used for 1. general music use 2. exercising and 3. live sound (in-ear monitors). I opened the packed, put them on, listened to a song, and put them back in their box as quick as I could in disaapointment. No low end, cheap sound, short cord length.

I bought these earbuds to wear while I'm working out at the gym. They sound good reasonably good, and block out most external noise. My only real gripe is the thin wires - they get knotted and tangled and have to be unpicked every time I take them out of my bag. Sometimes this can take minutes, which gets to be annoying.
I bought some Sony XBA-s65 headphone as a replacement. I highly recommend these for wearing while working out (they are well worth the extra $$s).

I purchased the earbuds for 2 reason. I wanted something I could wear while training that had good sound. The sound was so bad that I went back to my old pair that cost 1/2 as much. You would think something from Sony would have great sound. WRONG. I would not recommend

the sound is so much better because these actually stay in place in ur ear. the open ended ear ones are better, vs the closed ones. they fit snug and they come with 3 different size fittings...

These are the most comfortable earphones I've ever used. I sometimes forget that I'm wearing them! I wish they had louder volume capabilities, and sometimes I get sound from only one channel, but that may be the fault of the equipment I was using them with.

I bought these headphones to use while working out in the gym and while running. I have to say...they were a bit disappointing. They sound reasonably good...they just don't stay snug in my ears. The ear clips are flexible but have no curve to them so it creates a awkward angle for the bud in the ear....so it pulls right out, especially when you start to sweat. If you are going to use these as regular ear buds..go for it. Just not good for exercising. I returned to the store.

I purchased these headphones to use at the gym but had to return them after trying to get them to fit.
Likes: Two Piece cord - it has a short section to use with an armband plus an extension piece for a normal length cord.
Dislikes: Everything else. Went through every combination of ear bud and over the ear attachments and could not get these headphones to stay in my ear or fit properly. The sound is ok when they are installed properly but if you do anything, like move, they fall out and the sound goes away. The sound is bass heavy. The mids and treble are not reproduced very well which is not huge a huge minus when you have a lot of background noise at the gym. If you were to listen to them at home they would not be clear for the mid and high frequency. They don't sound very good considering the price.
Verdict: Leave them on the shelf and buy something else.
Best Buy Customer Service was great when I brought my receipt with me and exchanged these for the Sennheiser/Adidas MX 680's.

I owned 2 pairs of these and both broke in less than a month! The second pair in less than 2 weeks! They both ended up having the sound go out on the left side bud. I wore them to work out/run with. So I did sweat, not sure if that's the problem? But I have owned the cheaper Sony $10 plastic pair and they always lasted a year at least.
There are some other benefits to the headphones, but does it really matter when the sound goes out so easily on 2 different pairs?

I purchased these earbuds for use at the gym. The sound quality was horrible. Sound came through on both sides, but only one side of the music came through. Very disappointed, complete waste of money. I wish I could return them and get my money back.

The sound is great and the durability is awesome. However, the buds continue to fall out of my ear, even with the smaller buds provided. These headphones make it difficult to workout since they continually fall out of my ear. I'm constantly pushing the buds in my ear, even as I'm sitting on a plane.
