What's great about it: the sliding racks
What's not so great: might have to read the book
We have had this installed for about a month now. Have only used it a few times but It all seems good.
I love the way the lighting comes on and the racks that slide out make things so much easier. This might be a tad bit pricey but in the long run I think it will be worth it. The fast preheat selection is nice also.
