What's great about it: Almost Everything
What's not so great: Small Lower Oven
"I love this range. It is beautiful and the wave touch is really fun. The stove is not finger print friendly so be ready for that. I am a clean freak so I am learning how to relax when it comes to this matter. While I spent a lot of time researching ranges before I made this major purchase, it couldn't had been any easier once I got to the Best Buy off Mt. Zion. They have the one of best sales staff and the customer service I received was top notch."

What's great about it: even heating
What's not so great: lower oven
"I was looking for a quality oven that would perform well and look great in my new kitchen. Overall, I am happy with this oven. The knobs are real stainless steel, not plastic or cheap aluminum like some brands. One of the best features is the continuous grate. Very convenient to just slide pans over out of the way without heavy lifting. I've had this oven for about two or three months, so I've used it quite a bit. The main oven is great and heats evenly. The lower oven is a little bit of a disappointment for me. I bought this model because of the lower oven, expecting to be able to cook two items at the same time at different temperatures. The lower oven is electric, not gas like the upper oven. Preheating the lower oven takes considerably longer ( almost an hour). My experience has been that it doesn't heat evenly like the main oven. Even the main oven takes longer to preheat than any of the old models that I've used. I use the rapid preheat option, too. So I mainly use the lower oven to keep things warm. The broiler is in the upper oven, also which I use a few times a week. Because we use the broiler so much, my oven is always a little dirty. There is the self cleaning feature, but I would have to use it constantly to keep the oven as clean as I like it to be. I would prefer to have the broiler down in the bottom area and just skip the extra oven. Don't get me wrong, I love this oven, but I think people should know what they are in for before deciding which model to buy. I am happy with the way the door stays put and won't try to close or fall down. The racks inside slide wonderfully. I love the stove top. The gas burners allow great temperature control. The sealed burners are fantastic, if you have a little spill. It really is impressive looking, too and adds to the entire look of the kitchen."

What's great about it: Awesome features, love dual ovens, perfect turkey button is the best
What's not so great: nothing yet
"I have had my range for about 5 months and I love it. There is so many options and I still get the book out once and a while to figure something out. It is just loaded with features. I love the perfect turkey button and the probe. Convection is the way to go, and the cobalt interior is very nice and easy to clean."

What's great about it: Features, convection, 2nd oven

"Purchased this range in April-08. After the first week I had to call customer service because the convection fan was not working properly. It would run until I opened the oven door at which point it would not start up again. It was repaired within a few days. A couple of months ago one of the luxury glide racks got stuck. I could pull it out but it would not go back in all the way. Called customer service and had a new rack in two days. Today I had the same problem occur. One of the luxury glide racks got stuck when I pulled it out and now cannot get it to go back in. Since it is now the weekend I will have to call customer service on Monday to get a new rack shipped out. I am glad that I opted for the 5 year warranty."

What's great about it: Everything.
What's not so great: Heavy! Wish the clock had battery back up.
"This Electrolux range/convection oven is the best I ever owned. I shopped around and didn't find a better price anywhere. Some stores had the same price but Best Buy had no interest for 18 months and I got money back with my Rewards Card.
I read other reviews about the weight before my purchase and put one of those stick on teflon furniture glides on each foot. It slides out for cleaning fairly easily (one person).
I like the dual timers, delay start, wavetouch, gliding oven racks and the way the flame on the cooktop concentrates the heat on the bottom of the pot instead of whipping around the edges like other stoves I've owned.
I'm still not sure about all the electronics...I'm glad I've got whole house surge protection! I wonder if I could plug it into a UPS like my computer to keep things running when the power goes out?"

What's great about it: door, slide out rack, lighting
"This oven is superb. We have had it for 4 months now. We've cooked and baked all sorts of things with it. It has more "bells and whistles" than most people will ever need. But it's nice that they are there.
Some of the simple things that people probably don't think about. The door will stay put no matter what angle you set it at. The ball bearing racks makes putting things in and out a breeze.
The burners are awesome. I'd have to say though if you have 4-5 pots going at once things will be a bit cramped, although it's what you would expect.
Dual timers are great feature. As well as timer to delay start and timer to stop. Also with the meat probe, you can have it cook your meat to set temperature then back the oven temp down to keep it warm.
As others stated. This appliance has some weight to it. All in all out of the electrolux appliances that we have in our new kitchen this goes to the top with them. Very nice"

"I've had this stove for 3 months now. I bought all new Electrolux appliances for my kitchen and of all of them, this one is my favorite. It looks nice and is easy to clean. The shelves are adjustable and slide out easily. Everything I've made in it has been perfect. I love the wave touch in that I dont see all the controls when it's off. It has 2 timers - great feature! No complaints, and I'm a really picky person :) Only con I can think of is for the ladies - if your planning on cleaning behind it or need to move it - forget about it!! It's really, really heavy. Took 2 average sized men to move it in place."

What's great about it: Looks great, lots of cooking features, rack glides, small bottom oven
What's not so great: the grates are heavy, but so is every other brand
"I've had this range for 3 weeks and so far I love it. It has 5 burners of varying sizes. The flames are close together and deliver the heat more evenly across the pan. Haven't had any major spills yet, but so far has been easy to clean. The slide out rack glides are awesome. Haven't had the opportunity to bake a ham or turkey, but I'm looking forward to the reduced cook time the convection oven will provide and the automatic sensor to tell you when the turkey is done. If I should run into any problems, I'll be sure to post again."
