"This monitor beats any other 19" out there. It's better than the Samsung 19" because it has a D-SUB input and an HDMI input. Saw someone say that it does not tilt up and down. I thought that too at first, but it does in fact tilt. Great product!!"

"I read a previous review that stated the monitor does not tilt. YES IT DOES! You have to push the button on the back of the stand in while you tilt to your liking.
I bought this monitor on sale in store. All monitors on display seemed to produce the same picture (to my eyes anyway), so I thought the price made it a great buy. Brought it home, unhooked my old one, plugged this one in and it worked right from the beginning. No need to use the CD that comes with the package unless you plan on using the speakers integrated on the monitor (which I didn't). The display adjusted itself immediately when I turned the computer on (I have Windows XP). All I had to do was adjust my screen resolution to the monitors native resolution.
The display is great! Of course, upgrading from a 17" CRT monitor, I would be pleased with anything. Although it may not be top of the line (or the most expensive), I would surely recommend this monitor to anyone looking to upgrade their current display."

"My old moniter died on me and needed a new one in a hurry. I ran into Best Buy and bought the cheapest one I could find. I never heard of Hannspree but the moniter is great, better than my Dell one that died on me. I am very happy with my purchase and have had no problems at all. It was quick and easy to set up and has great picture quality- nice and bright. This has a great pricetag, I rather have money in my pocket then spend money on a namebrand. I have had this moniter for a month now and love it- can't find one thing to complain about!"

"I bought this as a gift for my husband. He wanted a monitor that he could play his PS3 on, and was leaning toward a small LCD T.V. I found this and he LOVES it!!!!! The sound is not great, but we did not buy it for the sound. The picure is great and is everything we expected PLUS for the price.
Well worth the purchase. Would definately buy another."

"I wasn't expecting very much with a brand I never heard of, but I needed a monitor in a hurry and this was on sale. It was a perfect setup right out of the box. Unwrap, plug in and go. You may need to use the driver CD that's included.
The screen has a very clear display and the screen brightness goes to a level I like. Some of the others I looked at didn't get bright enough."

What's great about it: Good price, HDMI so you can play your PS3 and use it as a moniter as well for your PC. What's not so great: No complaints so far.
"It was an easy installation and I was able to do what I wanted with it. I am able to play computer games on it like TF:2 and also play my PS3 when I want. The resolution on my PS3 is not what I thought it was going to be but it still looks pretty good. I use a dual monitor which is cool with it and it has not given me any problems. Now I can do computer work and play my PS3 for Games/Blu-Ray movies. This is a great product and I recommend it.
One only issue I had with it is that I needed a DVI - VGA converter because my video card only accepts DVI and they don't supply you with the converter. Other than that it is really good for the cheap person like myself that likes to take advantage of HDMI."

"With the variety of monitirs that Best Buy has on display, it can be quite challenging to choose one. We knew what we wanted for desktop asthetics, and narrowed our options down to this unit. Size, appearance, quality and price were our determining factors. The saleman came buy and told us that the same unit was on sale for a much lower price if we shopped the 'open box' rows that they have under the counters. We didn't know that Best Buy had these open areas under their counters, we habitually looked at what was on top of the counters. We found that the open box unit we wanted was $50 cheaper, and was still sealed in all of it protective packaging. It hadn't been touched by anyone!"

"So the first one i got had a blue pixel so i exchanged it and was surprised to find out that the price had dropped another $30, putting it at $150. There is a reason for this. This monitor sucks. I tried to play games on it and it blurs them over horribly whenever you look around. Right now there are horizontal lines fluctuating all over the screen, this is the 3rd time the monitor has done stuff like this. Before putting the factory settings fixed it but now it won't, but i mean come on, a monitor that can't change settings? And i've only had this thing for a week. That shows you something about the quality of this company. I've ordered another monitor and am going to return this one. The screen looks ok when not gaming but since it doesn't even last a week..there is no reason to buy this monitor."

"The first one I purchased had a column of LEDs that didn't work right. Returned it, and the second one has one red LED that is always on, and shows up quite brightly on dark images. I'll be returning it in favor of a brand that works right."
