"This a great camera! I'm really happy I bought it! The camera is fun and easy to use and priced well. The only problem is that this weird graph started popping up on the picture-taking screen and I don't know how to get rid of it. But upon reading the manual there is lots of info. No regrets of buying this camera, and I highly recommend to people of all ages!"

"Long story how I got the camera. I got 200$ for Christmas and i though long and hard about what I wanted to spend my money on. I went online to look for ideas and I went on the camera section. And I came upon this beautiful Casio Exilem. I read all the details and i couldnt stop looking at the picture. It was just gorgeous. The day I went to Bestbuy to get it, it cought my eye. It stood out in it's display and it looked even more gorgeous than the internet picture. It takes clear amazing pictures and the battery does last. No more worrying about having to go to the store to buy batteries because this one is rechargable. It's perfect. I don't have to worry about missing a moment because you just press the button and the picture comes out looking amazing. Still haven't found anything wrong with it. And something great about it is that You can buy the underwater case for it and it takes excellent pictures underwater. What more can you ask for in a camera? It's also cool that I can put it in my pocket and take it anywhere I go. Awesome camera. YOU SHOULD DEFINITELY BUY IT."

"My husband bought me this camera as a gift for christmas and i love it its easy to use and it comes in great colors, the only thing is you need to buy a case to put it in because the paint comes off. But other than that its easy to use and i love the picture quality real slime i can put in my purse i love this camera!!!"

What's great about it: Looks great - easy to figure out
What's not so great: Picture quality not great - red eyes -mine broke

"I picked out my casio for my birthday, I think I mainly liked the way it looked! It looks awesome. Features were decent. My last camera was a Sony CyberShot I got 4 years ago, so it was a little out dated but still working pretty good. Pictures on this casio seem to be very yellow. I thought the flash was pretty quick. Every picture seems to have red eyes, unless you use the red eye reduction setting, but the only problem with that is that it'll flash.. then 5 seconds later will flash again. Meaning, most people only think there's one flash, so then they move, making your pictures all messed up. Day after I got it, I dropped it while it was open, and it broke. I understand cameras aren't made to slop around, but my Sony CyberShot has taken a good beating with numberous drops. I need something that's going to last! Returning it tomorrow!"

What's great about it: Easy to use, Overall size good, viewer good size.
What's not so great: All the face colour is peeling off, which makes the camer look old and worn - very disappointing.

"I chose this camera because of the cool colours it came in. However after only a short time the coloured laquer is scraping off. This makes the camera look old and tatty.!! It does not affect the performance of the camera, but it does detract from the smart appearance. I am very disappointed that it is now two tone !!"

"Its a great camera for videos, but that is not what you buy a camera for. Its so small they kind of forgot to include picture quality. I am not a fan of casio's products, unless you are just buying it for the looks."

"Do not buy this camera.
I bought this camera and had it for a week and after taking every picture I could see a yellowish tint and it was very expensive for lousy picture quality. Take my advise. Don't buy this camera!"

"I bought the above item for my wife's birthday. Boy, was she surprised! I had asked my daughters for some ideas. The youngest told me that I should probably get her her own camera, so she won't keep using your bigger digital one. I have a Lumix. She loves it. She uses it all of the time; pleasure and work. AND, she actually read the directions for all of the features."

Great Point and Shoot 09/02/2008

What's great about it: Good picture quality, Size, Battery life
What's not so great: Slow shutter speed

"I bought this camera about a month ago. I really do not have any real complaints about it all. I bought it mainly to carry around in my pocket book instead of constantly lugging around my SLR. I have taken it on 2 vacations and I could really not ask for an easier camera. I took 160 pictures before having to charge the battery. I think that is an excellent battery life. It is a simple point and shoot but also has other features that are a bit more complex and completly optional but I think work really well. The shutter is slow and it does make action shots a bit more difficult to get. Other than that I have no complaints. I would recommend this camera to anyone looking for something small and convenient that takes good pictures."

disappointing to say the least.. 08/20/2008

What's great about it: slim and attractive design
What's not so great: shutter speed, hard to change certain settings, poor picture quality

"When i initially saw this camera, I fell in love. It was so sleek and attractive and with 10.1MP i thought it would be the perfect camera. Not so.
The best buy display was non-operational (just in case you were wondering), so i kind of bought it in good faith, but after taking a couple of pictures and reviewing them, the all kind of had a yellow tinge to them (poor lighting effect). I changed all the lighting settings, but nothing worked. The shutter speed is awful. it is horribly slow, so i end up missing a good chunk of moments.
also, my biggest problem was that the function wheel was so close to the lip near the screen, you cant hit the left side without accidentally selecting a different function. I just wanted to scroll through my pics. It was so bad i needed to use the tip of a pen to move it and even that was hit or miss. It's a gorgeous camera, but i will stick with canon. I have never had bad luck with them.....hope this helps"

What's great about it: almost everything but the picture quality.
What's not so great: the picture quality.

"i like everything about this camera but the picture quality. its slim, its sexy, great color also, good size, good sized screen, and good layout (tho touch screens are also REAL nice). but the pic quality on this camera is terrible. the cool features dont really do anything to help you. the flash is good tho, but that doesnt help either. once again, the picture quality is TERRIBLE!!!!!!!! every picture is fuzzy and sometimes grainy. the MOST important thing for buying a camera is to get good pic quality, something this camera obviously lacks. do not be fooled by the great looks of it! looks are not the important thing."

"I guess my only, and kind of big reason to dislike this camera is that I think it has too many settings for a point and shoot. Other than that, it has an adequate response time, great quality pictures without eating up a lot of space, and good battery life.

It's pretty good, but not my favorite."

"We bought this to replace a camera that we bought earlier in the year. We took the old one to a ball game, and it was just too big to tuck away somewhere. This one easily fits in a shirt pocket or a small wristlet. The You Tube upload is easy, takes clear videos. Very easy menus and easy to navigate through. Takes clear pictures, that can even been enlarged to poster size. A wonderful camera in a small package."

Best Camera I've Ever Owned! 07/20/2008

What's great about it: clear pictures, rechargeable battery, good response time, large screen, slim frame (easy to transport around)
What's not so great: none that I've come across yet!

"I bought this camera initially because of it's small frame and large LCD screen (my previous Kodak camera was bulky and had a small screen). When I began taking pictures it became obvious that those weren't its only great features! This camera has a great response time so I don't miss what I am taking a picture of (lots of cameras have a delay which results in missing the picture), the pictures come out bright and clear, it has lots of adjustable features so that your picture comes out great no matter where you are, plus the battery is rechargeable, so you don't have to spend money replacing AA batteries! I have received numerous compliments on both the camera and the pictures it takes. This is definitely the best camera I have ever owned!"

"I received it as a gift after my second child was born, and I have been snapping away ever since. It's response time is just fast enough that I can catch my 17 month old being silly before he runs off! And even get those quick smiles from my 6 month old! The only draw back I have is because of the bright color both my sons know what it is when I pull it out and one says cheese and the other frowns, lol!"

What's great about it: clear pictures, bright LCD, rechargeable battery, easy to use

"My previous camera was a Kodak Easyshare C300 and it wasn't nearly as good as this Casio EX-S10. It takes great pictures and you can clearly see what you're taking a picture of, even in bright sunlight. In addition, it has a rechargeable battery instead of having to buy many AA batteries. Also, this camera is very easy to use as soon as you get it and has 36 different options for taking the perfect picture.
I would recommend this camera to anyone who loves taking pictures and likes to get great quality photos."
