"JUNK! SAVE YOUR MONEY. REVIEWED THESE EARBUDS ON BEST BUY WEB SITE AND DECIDED TO PURCHASE. TOOK THEM OUT OF THE PACKAGE, PLUGGED THEM INTO MY MP3, SOUNDED LIKE A KIDS TOY. NO BASS NO QUALITY. "My favorite color is blue so, I knew these earphones would be perfect. Little did I knowthat these were one of the best earphones I had gotten. I'm a klutz and hve dropped these headphones on so many things and yet, they still work. When I want to listen to music, I want to hear the music and nothing else. These earphones shut out the other sounds so al I hve to hear is my music. :)"

What's great about it: Cuts out ambient sound well; continues to last going on 2 years; cheap! What's not so great: Comfortable fit for me, not so for my wife.
"My wife actually got this for herself, but it was uncomfortable for her so she stopped using it. In the meantime, I go through headphones/earphones like it was candy. I found these blue JVC earphones one day and I decided to give it a try -- going on 2 years later, these earphones continue to last.
These earphones are quite comfortable, I regularly wear them on my hourly commute to and from work/home. They cut out background noise well -- perfect for commuting on buses and trains, or for shutting out distractions when I'm working or studying.
Importantly, they sound great. I can hear a wide range without having to crank my iPod's volume to max -- which makes my ear drums and ear doctor happy.
The best thing about this product is its durability -- it gets yanked, pulled, wrapped around my iPod, stuffed into my jeans pocket and my bag -- and it keeps on going. For roughly $20 this is a great buy."

"I bought two pairs of ear buds I read the reviews before I went to purchase them and everyone talked really great about the sony 99.00 pair so I got those and this set for 20.00 Sound is even there is no difference they both sound really well a little more bass on these than the sony pair.Here is the clincher on the Sony pair after about five mins with noise cancellation device on I started getting a headache and my ears were so sore but not with these. I wish now I had only gotten these. You can spend a hundred dollars or 20.00 right here and enjoy these just as much I recommend these way before the sony"

"I bought a pair of these 2 years ago and they lasted through everything, including having water dumped on them and rolling around in the bottom of my purse for months. I did not take cautious care of them and nothing I did ever broke them. Every other ear bud head phones I have tried are too big for my ears or break after only a few months, seeing as how a treat them, these are perfect and incredibly durable."

"My wife and I both bought a pair and both pairs lasted about 2 1/2-3 years (the right ear went out). We used ours about 6 days a week with heavy workouts.
This bothered me so I tried 3 different brands but the sound on the others just didnt compare. The bass and noise reduction on these is unparalleled.
During heavy workouts the phones will slip out slightly but will not compromise sound at all."

"these headphones are exactly what i needed. theyre the best in ear headphones. they stay in, even while exercising and you have to turn up your music really loud in order for other people to hear, unlike the ipod headphones where everyone can hear what youre listening to. the earpieces get dirty pretty quickly but after a few months you can switch it out with the spare pair of cushions given in the box."

"I really like the sound, but the marshmallow thingy is very uncomfortable, you have to squish and every thing but it still dont fit. i would recommend the regular earphones, the ones that are not hard, but smooth, not firm like the ones above, look like it, but is soft."

"I wish I wouldn't have bought these. I like the sound but they don't fit my ears and constantly fall out. I have to jam them in to get them to work and that's uncomfortable. Even then, forget wearing them while running/jostling about. I would recommend another brand in the same price category. What is the point of having headphones if you can't wear them? It's that bad."

"Well worth the $20 bucks. They fit in your ear much better than Apple Earbuds. The sound is great(there no bose). The cord and plug look and feel to me as if they belong to a 1.99 set of headphones. Other than that, I recommend. They also do a good job canceling out outside interference. Wouldn't recommend wearing them when you need to be alert(ie driving, walking in high traffic or crime infested areas)."

"Looking for a cheap, "throw 'em on" pair of headphones, I stumbled across this little ditty of a set. I thought "JVC, good name". and the price, well, it was just right. Sure, the style is give or take, but based on the reviews, I thought it would be a quality product. Boy was I wrong! Popped them out of the package and plugged them in to my Zune. First song I played was admittedly a hard rock song, so I wasn't expecting the world, but how these headphones completely ruined my phonic experience. First of all, maybe it is just the type of style, but the memory foam, jam them in your ear style, for me anyways, was very, very uncomfortable. Then, the guitar, rather than sounding meaty, sounded static and treble-y. I immediately changed songs, hoping it would be a rare occurrence, but I turned on a song that was heavy on bass, and boy, the bass was almost non-existent. It had no timbre, and was muted. It sounded like an 8-bit Nintendo sound. Ok, maybe not quite that bad, but it was all bad enough that I would NOT buy this product again, or even consider it for that matter. This was quite literally the first time headphones have ever, ever, stunned me with their poor quality. Do yourself a favor, and look at something else, first."

"I think the sound in these headphones are generally nice, but I found that it is hard to get these headphones to stay in unless you really push them in there, which can hurt as well. It could just be me, but it seems like the headphone people still haven't figured out what fits best in a human ear. Overall, good for what is out there and the price, but I might recommend a different shape or style."

"These earbuds are absolutely amazing. They last for practically ever, but they get dirty, but that doesn't bother me, as they don't affect the sound quality. Speaking of, the sound quality is excellent. I found that if you twist the ear bud until the wire coming out of it is lined up parallel with your head, they go in farther, and you can hear better. Just a hint, don't listen to your music up all the way 24/7, one or both will eventually short out... :]"
