"this memory is great it boosted my computer's speed from about a minute to 10 seconds to load a internet site.
Its kind of pricey maybe if it would go down to 40 buck it would be great."

I think that this memory/RAM is one of the best to improve the PERFORMANCE of any of the qualifying laptops. I have a Toshiba E105 two Corsair 2GB, which brings my total memory/RAM to 4GB. This 4G of Corsair Gaming memory/RAM cannot be compared to the other 4GB of memory i had on my Toshiba, because Corsair 2GB Gaming memory EXCEEDS my qualifications as a GAMER!"

What's great about it: Cheap 2 gig memory ($39.99), doubled my computer's load time, help to harness high graphic video games.
What's not so great: Expensive as heck when not on sale! Not worth it if not on sale! Do NOT buy unless it's on sale! Need I say more?
"I have been riding the price fluxuation roller coaster on these little pieces of ram for the past two years and this is the best price I have found it for, (39.99).

The memory has made a noticable improvement to my system; went from about 1:15 second boot time to about :30 seconds. That was enough to sell me on the pricetag.

Graphic intensive games that I play seem to run a little more smoothly, not as much lag. Memory seems to improve every function of my computer, so I can honestly say that this is a good buy.

Installation was a breeze! Took about 20 seconds! I know this isn't at all relevant, but on top of everything else, I like the look of this memory! I suppose the look doesn't matter because you will never see it again, but still.

Overall, I would certainly recommend this product, when it's on sale, otherwise, just play the waiting game and don't waste your money."

What's great about it: Great Ram, great price
What's not so great: Had to flash the SFD on the RAM to 667MHz
"So the macbook doesnt like 2 800Mhz modules. I had to use a tool to flash the SFD on the RAM to make them 667 Mhz to be compatible. If you dont need 800 Mhz and have a Mac, stay away. If you're unsure, ask. Although it SHOULD be backwards compatible, it just isnt on a Mac."

"Exactly what I needed, my computer is so much faster and can do so much more than it use to. Great solution if your computer crashes when playing certain games. The price wasn't bad either 2 for $80. It's worth full price but waiting for it to go on sale is best."

What's great about it: QUALITY! Outperformed all others on the shelf!
What's not so great: placement in the store (had to ask where it was)
"Origionally bought PNY (avoided the other stuff) on the shelf even though I went into the store to find the Corsair Gamining Memory after seeing it on-line (couldn't find it and was frustrated.) My friend went in the next day and asked for it. Returned the PNY (saw littler performance gain) and installed the CORSAIR GAMING MEMORY. ROCK SOLID OUT OF THE PACKAGE!"

"This upgrade I did for my laptop is awesome. Everything is faster from start up to shut down.
I'm faster in my Guild Wars game no lag. Can run a lot of programs at once without lag. I have all the browsers running IE 7, Firefox 3.0, Opera 9.5, Safari, also running iTunes and Rhapsody uploading tranfering music no slow down like before. One word WOW best money spent on my laptop so far"

"I have Asus EeePc that has 512MB RAM, 64MB video memory with 900MHz Intel Celeron Processor which is kind a slow. I installed this gaming memory to my Asus EeePC and my EeePC went crazy! haha i mean its fast really fast. Now i can open multiple programs, surf the net and watch YouTube all at the same time. And one more thing for those PC Gamers out there this is the memory that u need to buy believe me i can play GTA ViceCity/SanAdreas , FarCry, Call of Duty 1,World of WarCraft and even Halo! with no lag at all on my 900MHz laptop. Thanks Corsair!"

"I bought this RAM upgrade today thinking it wouldn't be much different than the PNY 2GB (1GBx2) twin pack that you can buy on here. Whoa! I was shocked at how reactive this RAM made my laptop! It speeds through the internet, plays games like butter, and music encoding speeds are highly improved. I love this stuff, I only wish that my Sony would support 4GB instead of being capped at 2 =( Here are the tech specs that you can't find anywhere on this site or corsair's for that matter: Notice the low CAS latency and high Memory speeds! Unbelievable RAM, BUY IT NOW!!! You won't be sorry!
