What's great about it: Recording Options, overall good pictures and video
What's not so great: dim light picture is not very clear

"I really love this camera. I bought it a few months ago and use it regularly. Great outside picture, dim light is not as great though. Red eye reduction doesn't seem to work very well in most cases. Most of all, I like having recording options. I use the DVD some, but if its video I may want to edit (which I don't always do), I go ahead and record it to the hard drive and transfer to my computer, then burn the disk. Charges fast and battery lasts a long time."
