What's great about it: The price is great and online play
What's not so great: The graphics and the excitement of the game

"The game overall is definately worth $29.99. It is the only tennis game out there for the ps3 that i know of that has online play. I thought the player graphics were going to be a bit better on the game, but thats just how 2K games make their characters. The create a player mode is fun and it lets you play to progress your players skill and u can take ur created player into the online mode. I think the gameplay isn't very exciting compared to Virtua Tennis 3. There aren't many exciting slams near the net and the pace of the game seems slower. But, it's still a fun game to play and i would definately recommend it to anyone, especially for the price."

What's great about it: challenging, excellent graphics
What's not so great: repititious

"I like how you can create up to 4 different customized characters and play with them in career mode and build them up to be better. You can play 4 players and you can play all 4 of your created players at the same time. The tennis scholl helps but is not easy at first."

What's great about it: Fun and addicting
What's not so great: repetitive

"I decided to try the demo of this game and got addicted to it, so i got the game.
I started by creating my own player and playing in career mode. Game was very fun an addicting for about a week. Then due to constant repetition it got kinda boring.
This game is a lot like Tiger Woods without all the extra modes."

What's great about it: Controls, variety of players.
What's not so great: The training session can be frustrating

"Top Spin 3 is as good as Virtua Tennis series...but better! I find Virtua Tennis to be too easy, as you respond back to CPU's controls...it feels like you're playing flawlessly. As for TS3...timing is everything and directing your shots to where you want it to go. Best thing about the game is that...your player won't do a dive when they try to reach for a ball every time."
