What's great about it: Good design provides more space and more options for storage. Vegetable and fruit storage keeps food fresh longer What's not so great: Doors stay open too easily. Ice maker broken after only 5 months.
"Love the refrigerator and roomy freezer, but after a part fell out of the icemaker into the ice bin, the cubes are not separated, but are frozen together. Samsung has only one repair contract in the area and this repair company is extremely unresponsive. We have been calling for over a month and still haven't had a service call."

What's great about it: Tons of Room, shelves adjust wonderfully, freezer is the best of its kind What's not so great: Door does not always shut, Ice Maker often lags behind
"I needed a large frige, and this one has not disappointed. I can fit 6 gallons of milk in the doors along, the pantry drawer is incredible--fits a huge Costco Bake at Home pizza with room to spare. The freezer is truly the best of its kind. It's sturdy, easy to make individual spaces, and surprisingly large. The major downsides are: The Left door is already sticking, and it's only 6 weeks old. Good thing I bought Best Buy's Warranty! Also, we have large gatherings often, and the ice maker is not sufficient. No where near as much ice as a traditional in the freezer type. We have learned to put a bag or two of ice in the freezer the day before."

What's great about it: Love it What's not so great: HATE THE COMPANY! Will not help you if something happens
"I love this product and it is great! My only problem is that the shelves themself crack within 8 months and the company WILL NOT replace them. I just spend 2 hours on the phone with the company and they say that is my problem and I would have to buy new shelves. This coming from a very well known company that sells many products. Not all products will have a fault in the material but mine does and they say there is no recall on it there for its my problem. Since when do all products fail? One might have a problem that the other does not, but they said they would not cover the shelves at all no matter what. Funny when they make these items to hold 2 gallons of milk there for they should cover the shelf if something goes wrong with it. The shelf I have that is cracked due to the material is the small one that is next to the ice discharge, the shelf that can only hold a small bottle of mustard. That is all I have in it and it cracks? How the heck is that my fault? This company is the worst to deal wtih when you have a problem just a little FYI. Best of luck if you have a problem with your product."

What's great about it: love the fridge What's not so great: don't like the water dispenser
"Like everything about the fridge but not too happy about the water dispenser. When getting water it leaks a little because water line is on an angle. If I open the door while getting some water it stop and it doesn't leak any water, that is how it should regularly work while getting water. Other then that LOVE the fridge."
