This is the very first camera that is my own.
I loved it;Especially for the price!

What I dont like it if you are close to somthing and you zoom in to get a very close view it blurs the image,Sadly.
The Burst*aka Shutter* speed is also slow but it works for now.

I like the camera but often my pictures come out fuzzy. I do not know why and its stressful because you can not take a precious memory twice.
What's great about it: Very easy to use
What's not so great: Pictures are very often unclear!

This camera is very good. I got it today for my birthday. It works great, the picture qualit is very nice. Im glad i got this camera. The pictures and videos are crystal clear. Sony makes such a great camera. I will know to always buy something by Sony if i want it for a good price and good quality.
What's great about it: It is easy to set up and easy to figure out
What's not so great: Confusing at first but once you read the manual its very easy.

I'm hooked on my Sony Cybershot dsc-h110 camera so much so that I recently joined a digital photography club and am taking my photo skills to the next level. This camera is lightweight, good to the grasp, handles well and takes great high-rez shots. The mega-pixel clarity, lighting and zoom is picture perfect. (Even the llama is smiling - see pic.). It also takes high quality video clips (w/ audio). This Cybershot is a great value, takes professional-quality shots and I simply luv it!
What's great about it: it is lightweight, well designed, good to the touch, takes high-quality shots
What's not so great: haven't found a flaw yet

I bought this camera for school and recreational purposes. When I first got it, I started taking marco photos of the outdoors and plants which turned out amazing. When I when out of town to the coast I got some great pics with the zoom all the way cranked on some Pelicans in the gulf. Its a great deal if you understand technology

I bought it today! I'm taking it back tomorrow! I have gotten very few clear pictures inside and outside. Each time I try to adjust the flash on any setting, the camera tells me that the flash settings cannot be changed. The very simple manual that the salesman told me about is just that - SIMPLE. Simple & easy are two completely different things. This manual doesn't tell me how to do anything. I bought a Kodak for my grandmother for around $125 that took MUCH better pictures than this.
What's great about it: Supposedly many cool features
What's not so great: Blurry pictures, not able to figure out how to use the supposedly many cool features
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

If you like colorful, clear pictures and you shoot mostly outdoors, or indoors within close range using a flash, then this is a great camera for you. It takes some of the best close up and outdoor pictures I have ever seen! Even with all the lights out late at night, in auto setting with the flash on you can make a picture look like it was taken in the daytime with amazing clarity!
However, if you like to take indoor pictures at a distance of more than 10 feet with a flash, or without a flash under normal indoor lighting conditions then forget about it. The high ISO and manual settings do NOT do what they advertise....you end up with noisy, blurry pictures.
I wanted to use this camera for my kids' indoor basketball games and no matter what setting I use, they come out awful. Even non-moving distant indoor pictures are dreadfully full of pixelation and blur. My lesson is that I should have bought a DSLR and special lenses for those types of pictures.
But for everyday general photography, this is a great camera. So I'll keep this for outdoor events and buy a new DSLR for my indoor needs.
I would have been better off getting the DSLR from the beginning, but I was trying to please my wife's budget. I've made that mistake before, and I'm sure this won't be the last time. On the bright side, now that she has witnessed the bad indoor quality, and even tried herself to do better (which she could not), she is more willing to let me spend the higher $ for the higher quality. Hope this helps you with your decision!
What's great about it: Takes great pictures close range with flash and outdoors
What's not so great: Low light situations take bad pics

it took very clear realistic pic,easy to use rechargeable battery ,very goo for it is price,best buy is the best place to buy staff and the cheapest,very good optical zoom only you took movie with it you can not zoom.

OK, first of all.. i wasn't planning on getting a new camera just yet, but my old camera came on in my pocket on Christmas and broke ... So i did my research on a few different cameras, found a Canon on sale , but didn't have the money for another week... I was upset and ready to wait..until i read about this one..and i am glad i did, i bought this last week and have been impressed with every photo that i have taken, we go to bars often and my old cameras flash was crazy bright.. but with out it the pictures were a blur, not this one..flash is fine, but with the iso feature..who needs it, i showed a couple of photos to a guy i work with and now he wants one..Zoom is good,burst.. macro.. love it all, just wish it accepted my regular SD memory card...if you need a new camera, and don't mind it being a little bigger than a regular point and shoot ( but not to big to use everyday).. then do yourself a favor and check this one out..its worth it..plus right now its 50 bucks off !
What's great about it: Great photos, Love the iso feature for dark areas w/o flash..best i've seen
What's not so great: Memory Card.. but don't let it stop you

Getting a new digital camera for my wife for Christmas was a chore. She is not a techno person at all. I tried two cameras before we happily settled on this one (Casio EXILM 10MP - bad red-eye on every flash shot and the Kodak Easy-share 10mp - always blurry).
So far the picture quality blows the other ones away - colors are very vivid even in low light. The zoom is excellent, though I wish it had a bit more. Picture was in the morning with fog (no direct sunlight)
Unlike our old Canon, when you turn the little wheel on top (choosing optional exposure settings) it tells you what they do on the screen - nice!
No, it will not "zoom" in while recording in video mode, but you can zoom in before you start. The video surprised me on how well it looked. I shot our fish-tank zoomed from across the room and "wow!" (doesn't look quite as good on you-tube unless you choose "watch high quality video) Looks great on my Laptop - have not tried the TV.
The Bad - Battery did not seem to last that long. Unfortunately it uses Sony's special battery, so you may want to get a backup.
The camera comes with what looks to be a cover that screws onto the front lens to help in taking pictures in sunny areas (shades the front) and has the option to use a screw-on light filter. Because of this, it has a snap-on lens cover like an SLR.
I'm very happy with this camera!
What's great about it: Excellent pictures and video, big view screen, easy to use
What's not so great: Preparatory battery, no standard viewfinder, that darn cap!

Outdoor picture qualities are great, but indoor not so good. For person who knows bit of photography, this camera serves the purpose. This camera has lotsa great options for taking fine quality fotos. You goto read the manual and understand the features, takes a while. I would recommend this camera to anyone who likes to do some photography. But this camera is awesome, good deal After all its SONY

For the price of this camera it's amazing. It may have a lot of features but if you read the information booklet that comes with it, it will only take you 15 minutes to understand everything. This is a good camera for any level photographers. Its light-weight for the performance it delivers. I've had a lot of cameras before and this is my favorite so far. Sony always has performed with crisp, clear pictures and video. The lens cap is a pain but i dont use it anyway. But the software that Sony provides is really awesome and it's very helpful.
What's great about it: Design, LCD Screen, Features, Software, Pictures
What's not so great: Where The Playback Button Is Placed, Lens Cap

So far, I can not find anything "not so great" about this camera. I literally charged the battery and started taking pictures-it was THAT easy! Even taking the pictures from the camera to my laptop was extremely easy. The picture quality is better than many of those cameras that cost a lot more. I was able to catch a Christmas proposal in succession using this camera. If you are in the market for a great new camera, get the Sony Cyber-Shot!
What's great about it: You really do point and shoot.

I love this camera. If anyone is looking for a high quality, easy to use camera, this is what you need! The pictures a crisp and clear, and look great. If you need a good camera and its in your price range, I recommend it. The only bad thing is that the memory cards are on the pricey side. Otherwise, get it you WON'T be disappointed.

This is a wonderful camera. We bought it before vacation and I was very impressed with the quality of pictures that this camera produced. The clarity was spectacular! If I could have given it more than 5 stars for picture quality I would have. The only draw back that I can see is that the lens cap has to be removed and then it hangs down while the camera is in use. This is a minor issue and l am getting used to it. Don't let that issue keep you from purchasing this terrific camera. LOVE IT!!!

I bought this camera with the brand Sony in mind. I owned a Mavica CD before the LCD broke, and it was awesome!!! I thought this camera would far exceed my expectaions, it did not. First and foremost, the camera does not insert a date stamp on the pictures. I called sony tech support and they confirmed this. However, if you use the provided software, you can manually insert the date on each INDIVIDUAL picture. I went to Disney and took over 200 pictures, who the heck has the time to MANUALLY insert the date on each picture???? Maybe sony should think of rewriting the software so that you can select all of the pictures once they are imported so that you can insert the date on all of the pix at once. This method would not be too cumbersome. Sony should have thought better, at the least I now know what not to buy. You should strongly consider this when thinking about buying this camera. All you Moms out there that want to scrapbook may not want this thing because who needs all those extra steps???
What's great about it: Its a Sony
What's not so great: Poor software; No date stamp on pictures

I was a Kodak person. After having 2 bad Kodaks and 1 Canon I read the reviews on this camera and knew that was what I was use to. Bestbuy was gracious in upgrading the other cameras. The Pictures of the Weimaraner really made my mind up, great Pics by the way. I am still trying to figure out all the features when I have time. It seems easy to figure out without a manual. I like very much so far.
What's great about it: Vibrant Colors and 10 optical
What's not so great: non yet

My husband and I love this camera. It is easy to use... aim & click...great picture. With two small, non-stop children... they still stay in focus. Picture in a dark room? The flash is MORE than enough to completely illuminate, capture and focus. For what the bigger boys want for their camera and price... this one is a bargain at $279 and with the 4 gig memory stick at $30... $300 bucks is a dream price to pay considering what I was fixing to pay on an inferior competitor's camera.... with equal features. Love the fact I can do a slide show with music. Very light and compact but big enough for my husband to comfortably handle and use. Video is a little choppy when playing back on the PC but still decent, but that's not what we bought it for, so wasn't surprised or disappointed. Two thumbs up from us!! Thanks to the salesman that steered me towards this camera, you saved me $150 bucks. I owe you a latte! :)
