Great zoom lens

What's great about it: Very simple to attach to camera body, excellent zoom
What's not so great: n/a
"This zoom lens was a part of my package purchase for my Canon XSi, so I couldn't choose which lens I wanted. This was my first SLR purchase so I really wouldn't have known which lenses to choose from in the first place. It is very easy to change out lenses on this camera. Just line up the white arrows and twist, easy as that. The zoom is pretty good, my Canon SX10 has a 20x zoom so it's hard to compete with that. The pictures taken with the zoom are impressive. I would recommend this to anyone wanting a good zoom lens."

What's great about it: Image stabilization is really good for the zoom shot to stay in focous
What's not so great: Nothing bad to say
"I purchased this lens for sporting events and for basic zoom lens needs.
I am extremely happy with this lens and would recommend it to my friends.
The quality of picture is sharp and clear and you would think that the subject was right in front of you, instead of at a large distance."

"I bougth a pack with this extra lens and a bag, is an useful lens because you can get pictures to distant objective with an exellent result. The best is the price is really cheap if you bear in mind the gotten results . is perfect when you are taking pictures to your kids because you can get a natural pictures without distracting the baby with the camera."

What's not so great: nothing
"The lens that comes with the camera is made for close shots. You need a lens that can get some close shots but go farther out without straining for position. This is great for that."

"I haven't used this lens a whole lot yet, but the one thing that I don't like about it so far is that it doesn't zoom out as far as I would like, but I probably need to use it more to find out where that my be an advantage instead of a disadvantage. The zoom in is great and doesn't create blurry images, where my little point and shoot would."
