We've had this dishwasher for about a year now. I keep looking for problems, but we've never encountered anything! It washes the dishes great and having two smaller compartments makes it way easier to keep on top of the housekeeping! The dishwasher IS louder than our old Bosch, but it hasn't changed the volume of our conversations in the kitchen. Would highly recommend this dishwasher to anyone who's ever felt guilty for running a half-filled dishwasher!
This product is... Convenient for time-delay, Good for delicate dishes, Designed to save time and water, Well-matched to my appliances, Easy to load adjustable racks, Able to deliver spotless dishes, Great at drying dishes
About me... Design conscious
I would recommend this to a friend!

What's great about it: looks nice
What's not so great: Awful performance!
This dishwasher is just awful. Where do I start? First of all it does a terrible job of cleaning the dishes. I used the proper powdered detergent and rinse aid as directed. Secondly it runs FOREVER, over 3 hours sometimes. Thirdly it is too small to fit the plates without tilting them which hinders the cleaning. The plates do not fit on the bottom, only the top. Each drawer is much smaller than the top and bottom of a normal size dishwasher so you can't fit nearly as much in it. Fourthly (is that a word?) It is very difficult to figure out how to load it, i.e. where does everything fit? In any case if I were you I would steer free of this. I am in fact returning mine to the store in the morning.

What's great about it: Nothing
What's not so great: Everything
I had this dishwasher for two years and it was terrible!! I always load properly and pre-rinse before running and from day one it never fully cleaned the dishes. It will not fit dishes larger than 10" diameter in the upright position, they must be tilted which effects its cleaning ability. Large pot and pans barely fit in the drawers and never got clean on the first cycle. Cookie sheets and plastic cutting boards, forget about em…
Then, parts started breaking… First the plastic covers to the vents inside cracked and broke off. The top drawer stopping draining, the motor would just hum, so water built up and had to be vacuumed out. Then the bottom drawer began leaking every time it ran which seeped through the sub-floor into the basement. And of course, all of these problems started right after the warranty expired. Oh, did I mention this dishwasher is grossly overpriced!?!
Save yourself!! Go get a nice stainless steel tub dishwasher with a food disposal, steam and sanitization options for half the price.
This product is... terrible

I like the dish washer. My problem with it, is that you can not fit alot of dishes in it like a reg one. Also there is not a very good drying cycle in it. I do like that i can run half at a time, because one fills up before the other.

What's great about it: Great idea to save on energy and water. Great exterior design
What's not so great: Can't load dinner plates in machine which makes its value, and user friendliness undesirable.
I couldn't wait to get my new double drawer kitchen aid dishwasher in stainless steel. I was very excited to get this great product that would be soooo convenient.
But, I cannot load dinner plates in the machine w/out shoving my hand in the machine as I open it, to keep the plates from scraping along the top of it. That's the only problem I have with it, however I see it as a huge problem as we use dinner plates everyday. I have tried to figure out how to lower the racks but have been unsuccessful so far. If anyone out there has conquered this quirk with this design, I would greatly appreciate learning what you have discovered. Otherwise the product would be very convenient and its value and features would be rated much higher by me.

What's great about it: It is relatively quiet.
What's not so great: Terrible interior desing for loading dishes, does not accomodate large items or cutelry very well at all.
Great concept in splittting washing loads...but the design is unbearable. Large plates cannot be loaded side by side with smaller plates. No room for glass ware. No room for large cutelry items. Because the interior design is so poor, top and bottom are running constantly so the two drawer concept just doesnt hold up. Cycles are very long. Very poor drying performance. I would not recommend this dishwasher at all. Thank goodness the retailer is willing to swap this out!

What's great about it: With my family getting smaller, I like doing separate loads at a time..
What's not so great: A little pricey, getting used to loading. Not at all like my 15 year old Kitchen Aid
Just got the new dishwasher last week, first they had trouble putting it in. My house was built 15 years ago, didn'i think there would be a problem, the lenght was 1/4 inch to short. My husband was able to do put a piece of thin wood in between th cabinet and the dishwasher. it is fine now. Trying to get use to loading the new dishwasher, but starting to get better.

What's great about it: love the two drawer style
What's not so great: certain smell when you open it, oversized plates don't fit as good
I read alot of comments on the two drawer dishwasher. Saw good and bad. I loved the idea of two drawers to be able to load one and put it on clean. Then, put the new dirty dishes in the second ddrawer while the other is running was great. So, I tried it. I have been happy ever since. With just my husband and me, it will make it convenient. When the rest of the family is home, the extra drawer will be great.
My plates set is very large. I found if I put them in the middle they fit. Once I figured that out, I have been happy with the machine.
