What's great about it: Many features that I need. Like the length of vacuum hose. Bag option I like.
What's not so great: A little heavy but comparable of other brands in same category.

"Hoover makes a good product at a reasonable price. The price was a little higher that a similiar product but the features and quality more that make up the differance."

"i bought this vacuum today and i love it it is the best vacuum i have ever owned im tired of buying cheap $40 dollor vacuum from walmart so i boght this vacuum and it is a great vacuum this is my first hoover."

Love my new Vacuum 08/15/2008

What's great about it: Great cleaning, can do carpets and hard floors
What's not so great: none thus far

"I picked this up from Best Buy last week. I was debating between this unit and the self propelled and the Dyson. I ended up going with this after I tried all three out in the store.
I have 3 dogs and lots of hair in the carpet. I researched the Bissell products, but found no differences between the "pet products" and the "non pet products". This unit does the job."
