A must have

What's great about it: Clear instructions, and user feedback added roads. Vista reads it!!
What's not so great: 3 hour wireless life span. not enough time to travel to all the great POI on the map!!
"I really like this gps. I just got it today at the cedar park best buy and with in seconds of opening the very well sealed package I was able to use it. I even found all the old street addresses I used to live at thanks to the easy city region maps. I really like how fast the service is. I also like the MPH split second updates. I might just consider a pizza delivery job as gas is only $1.54 a gallon now. I would take the job so I could always use this wonderful device. I would like the traffic updates if I had the delivery job but right now its too expensive. I liked how quick vista picked up the device. I have yet to get my zen V plus to even read!! But I think geek squad will have to help me there. But anyways People just get this device its worth not ever getting lost again. I will keep it forever. or until the battery stops charging.
My mom can even use it and she's a techno-phob so take it from me its really user friendly. GET IT NOW!!"

Maybe a freak incident

What's great about it: I got it relatively cheap, easy to use, very user friendly interface
What's not so great: It died before I had it more than 24 hours
"Although it was priced very well, had an outstanding user interface, worked well, had free software, and mounted very easily, it didn't last me more than a day. I purchased it on a Friday around 3 in the afternoon, it died before noon the following day. The screen was essentially not working. All I can see is blue with a couple of green and gold lines on the right side. It still navigates, but I cannot use it because of the screen problem. Hopefully they'll let me exchange it, because I think this was an isolated incident and aside from the screen issue, I really liked it."

What's great about it: User friendly, simple to use. Ready to use immediately.
"Got this for Christmas last year and we love it. Easy to use and set up. Not complicated. We can understand the voice on the device (unlike my friend who has taken her Garmin back 3 times because they can't understand the directions/voice.) I'm buying another one for my older brother (aged 74) so he won't be calling me for directions all the time."

Wonderful GPS!

What's great about it: Extremely easy to use. I had it set up within 5 minutes out of the box.
What's not so great: Short battery life.
"I searched long and hard for the perfect GPS system and narrowed it down to this particular one. The GPS was super easy to set up right out of the box. The style is small and compact (which I like), but the screen is not hard to read at all. The sound is great and it gives you an option to turn it up really loud so you don't miss a beat. It is really easy to put in your location and find service areas along the way. I went on my first long road trip a week after purchasing it and it got me there with no problems. I also really enjoy its walking feature. I live in between two major cities and it was really helpful when I had to find a location on foot.
Some cons about this particular GPS: The suction doesn't work too well and it often falls off my windshield. Also I feel like it takes a little too long to receive a signal. I live in a pretty open area so I'm not sure why it takes as long as it does. Once I have received a signal however, I've never lost it. Overall I would recommend this GPS. It is a great choice when shopping on a cheaper budget."

What's great about it: Easy to use menu navigation, bright display, long batt life
What's not so great: Unit doesn't firmly attach to round base.
"Great unit for the the tight-budget. My grandmother could learn how to use this unit - easy to navigate touch screen menu,very concise. Only drawback is that the unit doesn't attach firmly to the ring base. It has detached a few times while driving."

Never Get Lost Again

What's great about it: Great price, multiple features, perfect size, easy to use
"I love my TomTom. I got it as a gift 6 months ago and it hasn't done me wrong. I no longer need to look up directions before going somewhere. Even better, if I'm in an unfamiliar area I can search for the nearest bank, gas station, restaurant, etc. so easily. You can even search for a particular type of bank and it will give you all the closest ones. If you're in the mood for sushi you can even search all sushi restaurants in the area. I have never been lost with this in my car, and it's under $200. Even though I didn't buy it myself I absolutely would it's well worth the investment. This was my first GPS as well and learning to use it was very simple. Great buy!"

What's great about it: Good maps
What's not so great: Navigating to certain functions
"The Tomtom has excellent maps. They are accurate about 99% of the time. The unit is fairly easy to use. There are certain functions that are not easy to access, like the satellite page, but overall pretty good. Sometimes the touch screen lags just a little. For the money, it is a good unit."

What's great about it: Price, Ease of Use
What's not so great: Screen Size
"This is an excellent GPS for someone on a budget or someone just looking for a low cost unit. Has features normally only found in units costing twice as much. It's easy to enter addresses, locations, etc. Voice instructions are clear and precise. I've really found now issues with this unit and plan on purchasing other for other vehicles. It's also quick to re-orient when I've taken it out of town on business trips.
Highly reccommend this unit for someone looking for a low cost GPS."
