What's great about it: none
What's not so great: HP has some MAJOR flaws to work out with this one!

"First of all, I DIDN'T buy this printer from Best Buy, I got it directly from HP. Bottom line, 3 out of 4 people I talked to when calling HP gave me HORRIBLE customer service. They sent me 3 printers and not ONE of them worked right!!! The first and third printers made a HORRIBLE screeching noice and the prints came out completely black. I originally was going to buy this printer from Best Buy, and one of the main reasons was that it had 5 star reviews on this site. TRUST ME people, if you do a google search for product reviews on this product, (unfortunatelly I did this AFTER spending hours hooking and unhooking up printers, on hold with HP, lugging a 50 pound box in and out of my car and to FedEx, etc) and you will find MANY other people who have had the same problem as me. As for the second printer, the display screen just didn't light up when turned on. When I called the HP return center, they lady tried to tell me that I had to call tech support first. I had to argue that it was nothing that could've been troubleshot, that the unit JUST DIDN'T WORK and that there was no way that someone over the phone could magically guide me throught the steps to make it work. After my first exchange, they told me that I had to completely return it and rebuy it. It was on sale when I bought it originally, but when I went to rebuy it, they tried to charge me full price because the sale was over. Again, I had to argue, and they FINALLY came back saying they could do it, and acted like they were doing me some big favor. I will think twice about buying another HP product!!!"

"After quite a while I finally decided to save a little money and get this awesome printer. First off the quality is amazing and the speed is great. It has nice built in memory so you can print many things at a time. Not only is the speed great but the quality. Laser is really the next generation in printing. You can even print the most high quality photos which came decent in my inkjet.
Even the price is kind of justified for a color printer. Get it and you won't be dissapointed."

What's great about it: Speed & Quality
What's not so great: none

"I LOVE this printer - it is fast and the quality is excellent. I print a lot of full color certificates - they come out beautiful and the memory in the printer allows you to que many documents at once and it does not stall out or slow down your computer. I am very satisified with the printer and felt it was a smart decision!!"
