What's great about it: Easy to use, easy to clean and a very good price for this product.
What's not so great: Don't know of any cons for this product.
My daughter has the previous model and loves it. The previous model has a manual timer. I like this newer model. It is just as easy to use and works Great just like its predecessor. This model features a digital timer with a longer time period. It also has a keep warm feature. Love this.it keeps the steam food warm until the rest of the meal is done. Easy clean up too. I would highly recommend.
I would recommend this to a friend!

What's great about it: Timer, capacity and "keep warm" option.
What's not so great: Trying to add water from outside.
Outside water filler is either too small or too narrow. Need to use a small funnel so water doesn't go all over the countertop when adding water..
I would recommend this to a friend!

What's great about it: Very versatile, looks nice on counter.
I bought this steamer for my parents who steam vegetables and other foods for nearly every meal. They absolutely love it! The different bowl sizes and trays offer them versatility, and the price was great for me. We have had no manufacturing or quality issues whatsoever!
I would recommend this to a friend!
