What's great about it: Controls
What's not so great: Condensate water can and will drip outside at the back- Goto go somewhere-eh

What's great about it: nothing
What's not so great: cord, delivery

"I bought this item during a heatwave but had to return it because the cord is a higher voltage cord that does not fit into a normal plug. This website does not state that on the item details... Very disapointed because the weather has been really hot and now I don't have an air conditioner"
