I put it in my CD player and it ejected right away.

What's great about it: ease of use and effectiveness
What's not so great: nothing, really
This product was very well worth the cost since i was anticipating having to buy a new dvd/bluray disc player (Samsung) prior to using it. CleanDr. was simple to use and took care of more than i expected. Not only have my movies stopped freezing and stuttering, but sound is greatly improved and audio/video synch is no longer a problem. I'm totally pleased with this product and that's rare!
I would recommend this to a friend!

What's great about it: Ease of use
My Blu Ray player was skipping whenever I played a movie and I bought this lens cleaner in the hopes that it would fix it. It sure did. Right after following all the easy steps, I was able to watch my movies again without interruption.
Additionally, I liked all the extra fine tuning options (video and audio) that this product included.
I would recommend this to a friend!

What's great about it: Easy to use, mutiple options
What's not so great: Not cheap.
I just purchased the Digital Innovations CleanDr. Laser Lens Cleaner for Blu-Ray Players recently. I actually purchased this to clean the lens of my blu-ray player on my PS3 system as I have been watching more and more dvd and blue-ray movies via my PS3 . I am very pleased and would recommend this to any Blu-Ray, PS3 owners. Pricy but worth it.

Easy and simple to use. Almost half of my blu-ray collection was not working and after using this product in my Sony BDP-S300 player, they began to work again. Be sure you get the one specifically for blu-ray players if that is the intended component to clean since the laser lens is closer than regular DVD players. A DVD cleaner could damage you blu-ray player based on the design differences of the machines.
I would recommend this to a friend!

easy to use,and when i had questions,i called and a REAL person answered my questions. in todays world politeness,knowledge,are a real plus. shipping was fast, i always have great service from best buy. i always recommend best buy ,especially to the novice electronic person because you make asking questions and getting the answers so easy.

What's great about it: The hype on the box - that's the only "pro"
What's not so great: It can ruin your DVD player for good! It did ours.
I used this to clean a Toshiba sd-4700 DVD player - very high end. The problem came from the DVD freezing from time to time.
I used this DVD cleaner once. Just once.
Now my DVD player doesn't work at all! It won't even recognize a DVD even to start playing. This $30 Cleaner with all the hype has probably scratched or otherwise destroyed the laser lens in my DVD Player. Now I'll need to go buy a new DVD player.
Don't risk destroying your DVD player by using this over-hyped product, unless you want to go out and be forced to buy a new DVD player!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
