BEST Mario Kart Ever! 05/03/2008

What's great about it: New courses, new vehicles, new power-ups!
What's not so great: not enough time in a day to play

"I have been a Maio Kart fan since the Super Mario Kart first came out on the Super NES. Then I was a fan of Mario Kart on the 64. Then I was a fan of Mario Kart on the Gamecube. Now there is the Mario Kart Wii.

Big selection of characters to choose from, great control with the Wii Wheel, all new power ups, tricks, tracks, carts and the motorbikes! The game makes really good use of the Wiimote.

The graphics aren't that much better than the gamecube, but that really didn't bother me. The sounds are what you would expect from Mario Kart.

Better yet, the Wii version is online ready! Join the WFC or play against a buddy over the internet. The WFC puts players against total strangers all over the world to compete."

What's great about it: Online gameplay, grand prix, new bikes
What's not so great: Battle mode

"This game has gotta be one of the best wii games out there. It's very fun with the wii wheel, especially when playing online. I dont recommend this if you dont have online access or atleast someone else to play it with. Also, the battle mode kinda fails in my opinion...wasnt nearly as good as the old mario karts(the battle)."

What's great about it: Challenging, and fun for all ages.

"My nephew loves racing and really loves this game! It's one of the better racing games for Wii. The graphics are really good, the 3-D characters are awesome, the vehicles are SWEET, and they have simple, intermediate, and advanced tracks. The game is challenging, and I HIGHLY reccomend to any acing fan or Wii gamer."

"Mario Kart Wii is an exellent game. There is variety of vehicles ranging from bikes to cars. Racing your friends is also very exciting in this game whether it's online or head to head in your living room. The use of power-ups and shortcuts in the game makes it all that better! Unfortunately, the graphics arn't the best, but they arn't the worst. Mario Kart Wii is an awesome game and I recommend it to everyone!"

What's great about it: Great game to play with 4 players or single
What's not so great: I don't like play with wheel ... better with Game Cube control !

"This is the better game (until now) to play with friends! I have a lot of fun!!!!
You can't put yourself to play adding Mii.
I played with wheel, game cube control and classic one. I don't like to play with wheel. This game have compatibility with game cube control!!!
You will need bigger 29"TV to play this game with 3 or 4 players."

"This game is so much fun. I really love the online play, lots of competition makes it so much fun. I wish that player 2 could get their rating changed when playing online, but that is not a big problem. There are lots of fun, challenging, and unique tracks to pick from, something for everyone."

What's great about it: The Wii Wheel is great, Online Play Is Amazing

"Oh where to start, well the Wii Wheel adds an extra dimension to gameplay. I like how the wheel fits right into my hands. I have been a fan of Mario Kart ever since the days of Nintendo 64 and then kind of forgot about it during the gamecube era as I did not own one. And then I got this as a birthday gift. The graphics are jaw dropping for the Wii. In fact, they are some of the best graphics that I have ever seen. I also like that Nintendo has added old Mario Kart Courses from SNES, N64, Gamecube, and Nintendo Ds. The online play is the aditional level of gameplay. It is so much fun to play against other people. The only bad thing that I can think of is that when I play on the internet, It sometimes kicks other people off the internet but this may just be my internet. This is definatley in the top five games for the Wii alongside Animal Crossing: City Folk, Mario Party 8, Wii Fit, and Wii Sports Resort. I hope you found this review helpful."

"This game is a really fun game to play. If you want to feel like your really in the game, then use the Wii wheel.

There are a lot of characters to play as and you can play as a Mii character from your Wii memory.

I like the fact that Nintendo made this game harder, but they made it a little too hard.

Overall, this is a must buy game for the Wii."

"I found that this game was more for kids. It's not as fun for most adults. But listening to my kids, they seem to love it. I found that they never play it by themselves. "I recommend this fantastic game! I hope you enjoy it. It is great! There are so many characters to choose from (Mario, Luigi, Peach, Bowser, Bowser Jr., Ghost(s),etc.) You can choose from many courses. There are lots of vehicles. You have the option for manual or automatic. During the course, you can collect items (E.G. Lightning) that will help you to win. There are obstacles, such as a bridge. One thing that's REALLY great: YOU CAN USE THE WII WHEEL so that it's like you're driving an actual car!!! Very realistic. I recommend it to anyone of any age. HAVE FUN WHEN YOU BUY IT!!!!!!!"
