What's great about it: E-mail and Web browsing, tone of free downloadable features
What's not so great: can be complicated at times to use

"Overall great product. My phone reception has never been better and web browsing is fast. The built in turn by turn gps directions work very well and actually function on this phone unlike the Verizon model. Verizon blocks the use of it on their Curves and charges a fee for a lesser quality service. You can't go wrong with this phone."

What's great about it: Does it all.. Very easy
What's not so great: No MMS support through Sprint

"Great phone - period. I was a Treo man for 6 years - 6 different versions. This is my first Blackberry. AWESOME except for the fact that it does not support Picture mail through MMS."

What's great about it: light, bright screen, easy navigation
What's not so great: expensive

"This phone is very intuitive and easy to use. It is light and slender, and fits in your hand easily...one hand operation is great, especially since it has a trackball and doesn't require a stylus. It is also lightening fast! I've used it as a modem for my laptop, and the operation is as fast (or faster) as it is with an aircard. The features are easy to use and understand, and the Blackberry support is great, as usual. Although it's a little pricey, it's well worth the investment. I highly recommend it to anyone who needs a multi-task phone that's easy to use."
