While this item is not the must have thing for the Wii, it is fun to have. Makes driving games more interesting. It does take some time to get used to it.

What's great about it: nothing
What's not so great: It's hard to get used to and makes the game frustrating
I got my wii wheels for Mario kart wii. I was not impressed. It was hard to control your car and it makes you tired after a while. If you get Mario Kart, I'd recommend using the Gamecube controller instead. It's more fun that way. So overall, the wii wheel sucks.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

What's great about it: Nice quality
What's not so great: The thumb reach for the accelerator gets tiring (not the wheel's fault)
I bought this wheel to go along with the one that came with Mario Kart (we have two controllers). The wheel makes the game play so much fun... easy to use and easy to control the cars.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The Wii Wheel is great! The remote fits in very easily and is easy to take out also. It is pretty accurate and gives you the feeling of really driving instead of moving a remote back and forth. My son loves it!
I would recommend this to a friend!

I love the wii wheel is great. It makes me feel like I'm in the arcade playing a racing game. It makes the game more realistic.

This wheel is really fun to use although I preferre the nunchuck. It senses every turn. You bearly have to turn it for it to turn. I do well at the wheel for only the easy tracks on MarioKart. It also has its atvantage. It works for other racing games too.
I would recommend this to a friend!

What's great about it: Makes racing more realistic, fun design
What's not so great: Too pricey
A lot of people are complaining about how there are no other racing games for Wii other than Mario Kart. That's completely wrong. My family doesn't have Mario Kart yet, but we have an extra wheel for double play when we do finally get our hands on it. There are several games compatible with the wheel. We have M&M's Kart Racing (which is a better value than Mario Kart) and it's compatible with the wheel. There are also many other games compatible with it if you look. It's a bit pricey for simply just a plastic wheel, but maybe one day it'll come with a remote. Basically, though, this is a great addition to a Wii gamer's collection.
I would recommend this to a friend!

What's not so great: needs to be like 5 dollars, not really nessary
This is a great accsesory if you have another racing game but the price is a little dramatic 10.00 for a piece of plastic. You dont really need it but it makes it more realistic looking.

well the wii wheel works great on one game mario kary only good thing about it gives you real handling on ur diver but come on now when ur done playing mariokART WII ITS NO USE JUST GETTING DUST ALDAY I LIKE THE WHEEL BUT IS THERE ANY OTHER DRIVING GAMES ON WII NO GOOD FOR ONE USE

What's great about it: Comfortable, affordable, offers a realistic experience.
If you own Mariokart for the Nintendo Wii, then you probably already have one of these. But, if you want to get your friends in on the action, then you'll definitely want to have a spare Wii Wheel or two lying around. The Wii Wheel does away with any need for joystick-based steering. It may take some getting used to in-game, but once you do, you'll never want to go back to a basic controller ever again. The Wiimote fits right into the slot on the wheel and the entire wheel/wiimote combination lays out very comfortably. Lightweight, durable, and most importantly affordable, the Wii Wheel is a great accessory to have. You simply can't beat it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Wii racing games do not require the wheel. The wheel does make the games more interesting. It helps my toddlers control Maria Kart.

What's not so great: - 'B' button is awkward
Just right for Wii games, especially Mario Kart Racing! The kids can even use it. Heck, it might just be what kids learn to drive their cars with in the future. Can't wait till there is a Driving Simulator game for kids with permits. Ahh, stay off the sidewalks! :)

Before I purchased a Wii Wheel I could hardly get around a course/track. Using the wheel is so intuitive it makes racing games much more fun. Plus being so inexpensive I got one for all 4 of us.
