What's great about it: Everything
What's not so great: Price but well worth it
This pedal is freakin' awesome! Yeah... it is 150. You will be happy with every penny you spend too. I'm a tightwad and I'm telling you right now, no other delay pedal touches this one. Bullet 4 My Valentine uses it as well.

What's great about it: Amazingly warm vintage tones for a newer pedal
What's not so great: No reverse delay when other pedals in the same price range include it
Ever listen Pink Floyd's "Run Like Hell"? This pedal was MEANT for it! I constantly mess around with this pedal if not for delay, then for a mixed down "reverb" type sound. This thing can do everything from the reggae slap back delay to freakout noises that are sooo much fun to mess around with (you can make it sound like the mothership is landing on top of your house!!). This and a loop pedal could cause some reeaalll nutty stuff!

What's great about it: Great Analog warm smooth delays
What's not so great: ????
This delay is very warm. I enjoy having the option to get rid of the sparkley delays found in alot of digital delays. The mod gives for a cool chorus-ee sound. It is a fun pedal and takes up very little pedal board real estate (as do many mxr pedals). All in all an easy great sounding and a great addition to any pedal arsenal.

What's great about it: Lush Analog tone on repeats which fade as you would expect an Analog delay to do.
What's not so great: MXR has switched all their gear to smaller components which cannot be fixed when they stop working.
The Delay has a very nice soft and warm tone, the repeats are wonderfully analog, and they say it is true-bypass. I have built many digital delays and can make one that is almost identical to this (I did a A-B comparison for hours and made adjustments to my own design to get it more analog sounding). The issues that I have with it are that the delay knob is too sensitive; they should have used a switch to go from 0-300ms to 300-600ms, as it would give more precise control. The ability to self oscillate is weird, doesn’t always work correctly but it will get to that point if you keep working the thing. I only bought the pedal to compare to my own digital delay, I will probably not use this on my board just because of the delay knob touchiness and the fact that the knobs are so close to the switch can cause a problem in a performance. Kudos to MXR, they have made some really nice effects in the past and this one is no exception.

What's great about it: warm delay sound with mod option
What's not so great: nothing
This delay pedal was recommended by a friend so I picked one up. I love the warm analog sound out of this pedal and the mod option gives you the option of a nice chorusy sound. depth and speed of the mod can be adjusted inside the pedal too which is nice. very nice pedal... highly recommended.
