What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: Hard for people to hear me
Although I speak directly into the handset, or Panasonic hands-free headset that I bought extra, people on the other end cannot hear me unless I yell. This makes large group conference calls very difficult. It would be nice if the phone coordinated with my phone service to have a light to indicate a voice message is waiting.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

What's great about it: Good sound quality
What's not so great: The display is hard to read (more light)
The sound quality is good and it is easy to setup and use. The only issue I had was with the display - it is not well lit.
I would recommend this to a friend!

What's not so great: NOTHING
THIS PHONE IS GREAT FOR HOME USE. VERY REASONABLE PRICE AND EASY TO SET UP!!

What's great about it: good features, easy to program
What's not so great: The LED screen is difficult to read unless you're right above it, because the screen lays nearly flat.
Unless the phone sits very close to you on your desk so you can be looking down at it, the LED screen is not readable at any contrast setting.

What's great about it: It's a good quality telephone that looks good and works well.
What's not so great: Nothing - so far, i have no complaints
I purchased the telephone about a year ago for my home office and it is still working like new. The sound quality is good, the LCD screen is clear, and I am very pleased with the purchase.
