Good for light work, but needs upgrades

I supply my door/security staff with these earpieces. While they're easy to use, there are a few drawbacks when dealing with the amont of work needed.
They have decent sound quality, but for loud environments, like my club/bar, they suffer. As the music goes up, the ability to hear falls quickly. Additional/Supplimental ear inserts are required.
My door staff, and myself, are mostly larger framed people, and the wires to have some difficulty wrapping around chests and necks.
They're overall reliable, and most of our breakage has been results of hard use or hard situations, so actual life is hard to know.
I do and will continue to use them, just with either SureFire ear pieces, or sealing them in with silicon ear plugs, to increase sound quality.
