What's great about it: Size, extra element, great value
What's not so great: I wish the drawer was bigger.
We've had this range for a while now. Well over a year. It's wonderful! Easy to use, easy to clean. I don't use the convection a lot, but it's amazing during the holidays when I do a lot of baking. It keeps its temperature really well, and I LOVE the warming element! Definitely a luxury. I love it!

What's great about it: Best range I've owned
What's not so great: black looks dirty fast if not clean
This is one of the easiest and most accurate ranges I have used. I find the range has enough heat to sear even large items without cooling the pan. It seems to work to constantly at keeping an accurate bake temp rather than switching on and off every five minutes like my old range, which makes baking more accurate. The oven bakes very evenly and convection gets that frozen food crispy fast. I recently made pizzas at 450 with a pizza stone and I thought I got a better more evenly cooked pizza than the actual pizza oven at my old job. Although it makes a lot of beeps I kind of appreciate some of them like the beep when the oven is preheated is nice and saves energy and the digital display starts at 350 when you press bake so no hassle of forgetting to change the oven temp back down. which I often do when I turn it on the day after making pizzas and burn whatever I cook next.
Also I find it funny that so many people think it is hard to clean because warm soapy water works great most days with an occasional stovetop cleaner for stuck on messes or semiweekly builup. In fact compared to burners and rings and reflectors I would pick this one to clean any day. I think you can also make this stove look brand new with a good cleaning versus my old stove where I would need to get new rings and reflectors to make it look brand new and still not as new looking after the same type of cleaning.

What's great about it: Overall look

Liked the overall look of the unit so the wife and I thought we would try it out, however we have been disappointed since day 1.
-The solenoids that control the burners are loud, the oven is constantly "ticking" as the burners are cycled on and off to control the heating elements, and you WILL hear that ticking across the room. I've never heard such a loud electronic actuation on an appliance.
-The features describe one touch controls and hey! No more knobs! What it doesn't tell you is that you need to use MULTIPLE touches simply to get a burner going. First you have to touch a control to turn burner on, it gives you a blinking light to tell you to then touch another button, either the "High" button or "Low" button which will set the burner at high heat or low heat. Then you need to tap the up or down heat control buttons to choose a heat setting.
So simply to get a burner at medium heat, say about 6 or so, you need to turn it on, choose high or low, then tap the adjust button up or down until it reaches 6. Good grief. Oh, did I mention the little control buttons for high/low and heat adjust are about the circumference of a pencil eraser? All this just to get a burner started to boil water.
-The oven itself is slow. Choosing convection at 400, average pizza temp, takes forever to warm up; you'll be waiting a while. And waiting. And waiting.
-Stains like you wouldn't believe. Glossy black surface looks good for about a day, then when the usual spills occur from cooking, not so good any longer. Very hard to clean and keep clean.
-Then of course there is Best Buy itself. We hadn't even used the oven for food, just turning it on and getting used to the controls and such on the first night to make sure everything worked, and immediately became disenchanted with it due to the reasons described earlier.
Well guess what, you want to return item or even exchange it, there is a 20% restocking fee. For a $1,000 oven it would have cost us $200 simply to exchange; ridiculous. I had trepidations about purchasing from Best Buy, having been burned in the past with a so called "extended warranty", but against my better judgment we went ahead with the purchase. Lo and behold when I contacted the store to discuss my options, I was told "Sorry, you're out of luck, 20% restocking fee."
Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice....I have to no one to blame but myself. However, Best Buy has lost me as a customer for good. I'm tired of being surprised by their small print and in this tough economy, I'll just have to be more discriminating when choosing a seller for what I buy in the future.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The oven was a Christmas gift to my mother. She is a bit of a clean freak and loves that there are no knobs for grease or other dirt to collect. Instead, this oven has a completely digital control center that can be wiped clean without having to worry about various crevices. All digital displays are a bit risky, but this one has had no problems to date.
I would recommend this to a friend!

What's great about it: great features for price, well made, works very well, good looking

I have had this stove for a year now. the stove performs very well as does the oven. i have never experience f1 error, but i have not used self cleaning feature. seems to be related from other reviews i have read online. the stove and oven have very nice features, especially for the money. love the convection and the timed bake \ auto shut off. also like the hot surfac warnings on the burner. this is my first electric stove so it took a while to get used to cooking electric. the burners take a little while to get up to a hot temp - but once they do it really holds the heat. the only reason i give only 4out of 5 stars are some reservations i have about the cooktop design. firstly - i would really love 2 adjustable size elements on the front. there is one very large, and one you can adjust from small to large. the adjustable size gets all the use and all the wear. if i were shopping for a new cooktop, i would consider a gradiated black\ grey cooktop rather than smooth black. it is very chic, but it is a dust magnet. also, the smooth black shows evry little imperfection . the cooktop has held up very well, and has resisted any scratching after a year of cooking every day, but i do find tha i am cleaning it a lot. dont get me wrong, it is a lot easier to clean with the smooth top, but you do have to be very diligent about cleaning very well after every use to avoid staining the cooktop. i do have some water stains from a pot boiling over that wont go away. they only show when the over the range light shines down. but it bugs me. i do highly recommend the stove. just a few nit picky things i wanted to point out.

What's great about it: EVERYTHING.
What's not so great: Still waiting for something we don't like
We have had this stove for nearly 2 months now. We have fallen back in love with our kitchen and now enjoy cooking again. This stove leaves no guess work to your cooking. I used to always leave the burners on on the old stove but so far I haven't on this one thanks to the lighted displays. It is easy to clean as long as you clean up fairly quick. We love baking and making casseroles now. This stove makes everything very easy and is easy to take care of. We highly recommend this stove to anyone. It is a pleasure to have.

What's great about it: Great table top for potted plants
What's not so great: Dreaded F-1 code of death
Shoud have gotten the extended warranty. Just assumed ovens lasted for decades. Also should have checked the internet for the many customers that got also got the end of life F-1 error code.

What's great about it: Large burners, uses less electricity

One of the bests ranges on the market, great value for the price and still fits in regular size openings. The warming draw and burner come in handy around the holidays and the extra large burner on the top is great for large skillets or soup pans. overall well worth it, just remember how much black attracts dust it will have you wiping it down frequently.

What's great about it: Flat design, glossy finish, no dials
What's not so great: shows dust
Recently replaced all kitchen appliances with black LG ones. So far am very pleased. The unit is easy to clean without having dials in the way. Love the convection feature - things cook much quicker and more evenly. Gets dusty easy, but not hard to clean with a wet paper towel. The blue interior is great too.

What's great about it: easy to use, love the convection feature,controls high enough so kids wont turn on
What's not so great: black color shows dust
I love my new range. It combines both regular bake and convection features.Never having convection before, I am having a blast cooking with it! It has both a warming drawer and warming burner which come in handy for parties and big gatherings. It's easy to use and with controls higher on back of range keeps little hands from reaching and turning on range. The black color does show dust but a quick wipe down daily shows it off.
I would recommend this to a friend!
