What's great about it: Easy to set up, Cheap and looks great!
What's not so great: The wires for the rear speakers could have been a little bit longer!
"I searched for the better part of two months, till i settled for this unit only cause of the $199 price! I am glad i settled! This systems sounds amazing and could not be any easier to hook up! My XBOX360 hooks up very easy and there are alot of hook-ups on the back to hook up more! The radio antenna was very short and kind of disappointin! All in all BUY THIS UNIT!!!"

What's great about it: IT PLAYS ALOT OF FORMAT
What's not so great: SOUND NOT ALL THAT
"I got this just to watch movies from my exhard drive it been playing any think i throw at it so far and i have alot of format movies played all the .AVI format that i have the only thing i dont like is that sound it dont feal like a 1000W ?"

What's great about it: Sound & picture quality, mp3 input, USB connection
What's not so great: Speaker connections
"This home theater system is a fantastic value that produces really nice audio & video and is perfect small / medium rooms. Has a ton of features including a ipod / mp3 player docking station and a USB connection so files such as digital photos can be viewed on screen. The only thing I did not like was the speaker connections. Philips has a very specific "plug" that is used instead of the normal "spring clips" found on other receivers so the consumer is stuck with the amount of wire that is attached to each speaker. Other than that point, a great system and highly recommended."

What's great about it: I love the iPod Dock, Plus I love how It Looks so sleak, It also plays dvd's Amazingly clear!
What's not so great: Its Not a Bose, But It Sound Great for the cost

What's great about it: Love all the features
What's not so great: Passive Sub
"Very nice little home theater system. Love the MP3, USB, IPOD features. Excellent sound quality. Subs a bit passive though and im not a fan of the appearance of it. it is a little slow which can be an annoyance. But all in all a very impressive system at a great price. Watched saving private ryan the first night we got it. it was awesome. would def. recommed this product. ordered it online and got it in 3 days, standard delivery."

What's not so great: Sound Quality Past 26 Vol.
"Based on my subwoofer test track I made today, this baby goes all the way down to 1Hz! Granted you cannot hear it, but you CAN see and feel the cone moving from 150Hz to 1Hz! This is pretty dang good for a home theater system.
[Subwoofer testing was performed at the set volume of 20. The home-made test track has a gradual decrease in hertz from 150Hz down to 1Hz. The differance between each is about 0.5Hz. (Ex. 11.5Hz to 11.0Hz to 10.5Hz, and so on and so forth.)]"

What's great about it: Excellent sound, Good price
What's not so great: USB interface - Menus
"This is a great product - excellent sound. I bought it for a steal a few months ago and love the sound. The USB and i-pod dock that ships with it is great.
The menus need to show more information regarding songs being played through the USB interface. Other than that, this is really a good buy for those that do not want to spend too much for one of the high-end home theatre systems."

Great sound, poor bass

What's great about it: Great sound, powerful, HDMI, plenty of inputs and outputs
What's not so great: Subwoofer needs more
"This is a great product and would recommend it to anyone who doesn't want to spend the money on a Bose system! For the price it's GREAT! However, I've had it for about 5 months and the subwoofer must have cracked or something because it sounds terrible now. But otherwise the system is great! Its MP3 player plug in, AUX in, and IPOD dock in all work great allowing me to play my favorite music."
