I replaced an LG microwave that was 1.6cu ft. This interior is deeper, higher and wider in the same exact exterior dimension. I love the all-black exterior and the construction is solid.
The interior rack mounting points are too low so I have to remove the rack when cookling more things than I did with my old unit.
Others have complained about the fan noise on this unit, but I find it moves air MUCH better than my old unit at a lower setting and is not as noisy on 4/5 as my old unit was on 3/3. On the highest speed, it's a tad noiser, but NOT what I would consider loud.
I love the "add ten seconds / remove ten seconds" buttons. I wish the EzStart (instant-on) was for 1 minute, not 30 seconds.
The "kids meal" controls are at the VERY bottom of the keypad, which is genius.
Very happy with this unit
What's great about it: Very easy to use, huge interior volume. Fans are great
What's not so great: Interior rack is too low and thus must be removed too often. Outside (range) light a little dim.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We brought this microwave home and I checked the reviews online. I could see that it did not get the best reviews but I still thought that it could not be that bad. We installed it quickly and easlily but the minute we turned it on we knew that it was going to be a problem. We could hardly hear each other talk over the noise of this microwave!!! It cooked quickly but made loud popping sounds in addition to the loud roar of the microwave itself. We had it out and back in the box that night!
What's great about it: the price
What's not so great: everything else

Lg over the range Microwaves are the worst. The plastic used for the cover (i.e. the handle,vent cover, and the door) briddle and crack after 6 months. The warranty does not cover cosmetic damage from everday use. I would not recomend their product to anyone. If you do buy one get the Best Buy extended warranty they said they would cover it if I had bought the warranty.
What's great about it: It heats my food
What's not so great: The handle and vent are maid of cheap plastic that break off after only 6 months of use and are not covered by warranty.

This is well worth it, it has all the features you would expect (including the timer, its right next to the clock button). I've had mine for about 2 years without a single problem plus I know LG stands behind their products.

Really satisfied with how nice it looks and the lighting underneath makes it look sharp. I love the features and the one touch for many items. So glad I upgraded to this one!

I loved my new Microwave until right after I had finished using it I opened the door and everything went dark. I exspect a product to last longer than 2 1/2 months-it took two repair visits and a week to get it repaired. Who knows how long until it breaks again?
What's great about it: Great price-loads of features
What's not so great: Broke in 2 1/2 months

The install was easy. The microwave looked great. When cooking items, the items on the outside of the turntable cooked sooner than the center items.

We have only had this microwave for about a week but really like it. This microwave has way more options than we will probably ever use but best buy only had two black microwaves in stock. We purchased the other one first as it was a little cheaper and it was a brand we had owned it the past but it did not make it through the first use before it overheated and died. This micrwave it pretty easy to install but you do need two people. It is also very nice looking. We have used it a lot allready and everything seams to work like it should. My kids like that it has specific buttons for certain kids meals like chicken nuggets. My only complaint I have is it doesn't have a timer. I didn't realze how often I used my microwave timer.
What's great about it: Nice looking, easy to install,works good
What's not so great: No Timer
