What's not so great: No external water/ice dispenser

"This product is a real beauty. I have a newly built home and I had to have all stainless appliances. I have three children so the size of this is great. My only regret is no outside ice/water dispenser. At the time it was not a necessity; however now that the children are independent it would be much easier. I really like the freezer on the bottom it is spacious and convenient leaving more room in the refrigerator for items. Thanks best buy for having such beautiful and family friendly products."

What's great about it: Quality, size and styling, reputation
What's not so great: Very minor: internal drawers appearance

"This is really a nice refrigerator. The LG design is very sharp and the external size met our constraints. It looks and has the quality of a much larger and costlier unit. Shelving has plenty of options and we are satisfied with the available space. You should be able to find an arrangement that works for you. The ability to put wider items inside is a big improvement over our last side-by-side. The LG brand has had a high quality reputation and this unit is working well. Very quiet, solidly built, and good cooling. No problem with the ice or doors. A sensor tells you after a reasonable time if you've not fully closed the doors which is good with kids around. The tone is not annoying and usually catches you before you leave the room. The only item I would change is the look of the internal drawers. They work great but look a little cheap to me. Really like the outside door handle design.

After shopping around Best Buy ended up being the best on price and their delivery personnel were prompt and knowledgeable - delivered and worked it into the house without a scratch or any issues.

Once you've looked at a ton of refrigerators the small things tend to stick with you after narrowing down on size, type/style, and quality vs price, and this one won out with us. Overall an excellent purchase and experience. RECOMMENDED!"

What's great about it: Light in the freezer
What's not so great: Smudges easily on doors

"We wanted to upgrade our appliances and the wife wanted the stainless steel look. We have a limited space for the refrigerator and a 25 cu. ft was too big for the space. We decided on this model which fit in just right. After connecting the water line and plugging it in, it was running very quietly. The reccomended temperature settings were just right, not too cold , not too warm. The ice maker works really well. So well that even though it has an arm that should sense when to make new ice, it just keeps making ice and filling the tub. We turned off the ice maker switch and that solved the problem. We don't use that much ice anyways.
This unit looks really nice and modern with the french doors.
We love it."

What's great about it: Fits into smaller spaces

"I needed a smaller refrigerator to fit into my kitchen. This refrigerator provided the width and depth needed. The doors hold larger and taller items and the shelves are easily moved about. The freezer has good depth and the pull out tray is helpful.
Overall this is a great refrigerator for the size."
