What's not so great: downloading so much on your computer
I think I was misled by the ad convert your records into digital media with ease. It has been everything but easy. After loading the ion software, you have to download itunes and other support programs. If you don't have the space or dont want itunes its a problem. With all the downloading I had to do somehow I made a mistake and my computer was zapped. I had to buy another computer and I am hesitant about putting this on it.. It was not worth it to me. I am very sorry.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I've never written a one star review before, but this sounds terrible. I didn't expect much for the price, but this won't even maintain a constant speed. Unlistenable.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

What's great about it: Price
What's not so great: Does not work on batteries
I would've been satisfied for the money had it worked on the batteries also. Poor quality control. My only other gripe is that you have to physically set the arm on the album. Which makes it too easy for me to scratch the album. The software is simple and easy to use. I'm not going to send it back for repair. I wouldn't use it on batteries anyway. So far, it is converting my albums to digital.
I would recommend this to a friend!
