What's great about it: none
What's not so great: Everything

"When you add the cleaner chemical it looks like it is pulling stuff out of the air, but if you filter the water in a coffee filter it shows that it is not taking anything out of the air. The light is pretty but the product is useless."

What's great about it: Gets rid of unpleasant odors or stale air within seconds
What's not so great: clear basket will become cloudy if pure water isn't used

"I received this product as a gift and have been using it for about 6 months. It's wonderful! I have asthma and allergies and am very sensitive to odors. This product is quiet, works all day with just one fill, and leaves a lovely fresh and clean smell in the air. It does the whole house, (and I have a very large home). With the concentrated liquid fresheners that you add to the water, you can change the smell of your home each day. I love the citrus. At this price, you can't go wrong. You only need ONE appliance though, per home. I highly recommend this product."
