This is a great webcam, the design is really nice and its so easy to clip on to your monitor. The software that comes with it is a bit simple but this webcam is all worth it!
What's great about it: Great quality, good price
What's not so great: Software that comes with it is not the best

This was the easiest webcam to set up and it fits well on the 42" TV my son uses as his monitor. He began using it immediately and uses it every night to talk to his girlfriend who lives 2 hours away. So far no problems at all after nightly use for the last 3 weeks.
What's great about it: Extremely easy to set up and use
What's not so great: nothing

I'm very happy with this product. Works great w/ Skype.
What's great about it: SUPER easy to use (just plug into USB), good sound quality (microphone), it's cheap!
What's not so great: Camera freezes once in a while, but it's not a serious impetiment to using the camera
I would recommend this to a friend!

Bought this as a trial for my workplace. Hooked up instantly on a USB port. Once I did this, My Windows 7 (64-bit) system stopped using Aero effects (a nice pretty feature of Windows 7, but not a necessity). Other than that I have nothing bad to say about this webcam. The software included seems to work just fine as far as video effects go.
What's great about it: easy to use, works as advertised
What's not so great: Kills Wiindows 7 Aero effects
I would recommend this to a friend!

HP webcam is very good in the offered price and worth it. I searched a lot before buy this product and concluded it is not worthy to spent too much money on webcam a 1.3 mega pixel can give you same result as more mega pixel camera.
What's great about it: Easy setup
What's not so great: Don't see anything

This camera was a gift for my friend in the netherlands, and I was a bit nervous at first about whether or not it would work with the different electronic settings/expectations of Europe, rest assured, it worked great, great value!
What's great about it: It works in the netherlands
What's not so great: It wouldn't auto-configure to skype

Bought three of these for family members so we can see each other rather than talking on the phone. All three for whom I purchased them are very happy with them. They were a bit difficult to get operating properly, but that is probably our shortcomings, not the webcams. Extremely satisfied, and got them on sale to boot (for about $25 each as I recall). Great product!!
This is really good entry-level webcam.
What's great about it: picture, quality, made us all happy
What's not so great: nothing so far

This is a great webcam. The price was great when I got it for $22.99. I would have paid $50. It has a good mic on it and your voice can be heard by the other party pretty well. The webcam's video offers pretty good quality in my opinion. Not the best in the world but still pretty clear and I have no complaints. It has some fun additional features like i-visual effects. They do fun things like frame your face, change you to a Viking with your face on it, or do simple black and white video. These were fun features that were an added bonus to me. It also takes good still shots. Overcall, this is a great webcam so far. It has only been a month but so far but I like it.
What's great about it: Great price, good quality, easy to set up, easy to use, cool features on i-visuals
What's not so great: I have only had it a few weeks but none so far.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Got it for my daughter (20 years old) for Christmas. She loves it and I am looking forward to using Skype and talking with her while she's away at school. She has also posted video of herself doing spoken word. The video was great!
What's great about it: good price, easy set up
What's not so great: doesnt clip on securely as you would want

Worked well on all three of my platforms - Dell laptop (Dell Precision M6300) , Dell desktop (Dimension 4400) and my old Mac PowerBook G4. It is a snap to hook up and adjust. I wish the instructions were more complete.
What's great about it: Works with Windows XP Pro and Mac OS 10.4.11 Tiger
What's not so great: Weak attachment to screens, slow picture

Got the webcam on sale and it beat my expectations the first time I used it.
Actually bought 3 units and all have worked nicely. Gave two to the grandkids to keep in touch.
Downloaded Skype software from Skype.com and the camera came right up. Had dinner with the grandkids the first night on the web.

This is a great camera. it is small and compact for easy storage if you have a laptop and don't keep it conected all the time. the picture was clear in every room we tried it in, although it was better in rooms that were well lit. We did find that even in dark rooms you can adjust the brightness and it worked great. Also, the microphone worked really well. All in all, I would buy this camera again. I really like the product.
What's great about it: easy to set up, easy to use, great picture and sound quality,good price
What's not so great: couldn't find anything I didn't like

I thought that camera was very user friendly...even bought one for several of my kids that that we can talk on skype with them and the grandkids...great camera
What's great about it: great features, easy setup and awesome price
What's not so great: didn't match up with Windows 7 so had to take the time to download the driver

Founf unit was easy to install and it worked quite well. Found the method of mounting the unit left a little to be desired.
