very good comp. very happy with it. use it every day. good speakers. all around very well made product.
What's great about it: decent price for what it has to offer
What's not so great: if you have more than 3 programs running it slows way down
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is a really good laptop and and a really good deal. If you are looking to get a laptop that is good for writing papers, doing powerpoints, checking the web and listening to itunes.. BUY THIS. I wanted to mac for its design, the slim looking and feel to it. The closest one was the Sony adn it was worth it. I save over 1000 dollars.
What's great about it: size, price and looks like macbook pro!
What's not so great: no webcam :(
I would recommend this to a friend!

I reloaded it with Windows XP and it runs great! Can handle everyday computer use.
What's great about it: The price.
What's not so great: Processor could be better.

i've had my laptop for months now. it's truly a really good laptop to have. but it could be better. but it's really good for it's price(: they keyboard is easy to use. out of the laptops and desktops in my house, this one is the best(: and i have like 7 computers in my house [including this one]. so that says a lot. :]
What's great about it: awesome keyboard & sometimes speed
What's not so great: key for mouse gets broken easily, no volume control except on right of the start button, battery power sucks
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought this laptop for about $480 dollars. I needed a laptop for college and i looked around for one and i found this one. When i bought it, i upgraded the memory to 3GB. This laptop runs all my programs great. Vista really works well on this laptop. The wifi on this computer works really nice. I get a better signal than most other laptops im next to. Only problem with the wifi is that sometimes it will just show one bar on the wifi signal meter even if im standing right next to the wifi source. The battery life could be better, i get around 3 1/2 hours. The next laptop i buy will be sony vaio. The keyboard is a little unusual because the keys are flat. I can run about 5-6 programs before i notice a performance drop since i upgraded to 3GB of memory. Take it from a desktop builder this is a really good laptop for school or even for business reasons.
What's great about it: Price, Reliability, Performance
What's not so great: Battery, Keyboard

i bought this on sale, and i will never buy anything on sale again. i saved $50, but this laptop is horrible. not only is the keyboard WEIRD, but the laptop doesn't follow commands. i have to push buttons like 20x to get it to perform a task. you have to relearn the keyboard since they decided to put buttons ANYWHERE. so i'm having to look at the keyboard when i type, i usually type 70-80 wpm, i can't even do that any longer
this laptop actually makes me miss my dell. which speaks volumes since my horrible dell only lasted about a year and a half.
the internet always freezes up, like every other program. i think this laptop began acting up about a week after i bought it. i thought sony vaio would be nice, since the brand got so many awards, but i will not buy another sony vaio. i'm going to save up, get an apple, and give this to my brother.
don't be a sucker, stay away from this laptop!

Very pleased with the computer, its compact size, the screen, the ability to connect to other wireless connections....it does it itself.
Set up was fantastic and installing software has been both fast and easy.
Would definitely recommend this computer to anyone.

To replace a LCD screen is $743. Which is not mentioned in the manuel. The back panel can not take pressure.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The value of this computer is great, the price is realitively cheap and you def get what you pay for..i love my computer, this brand of computer will def be my next choice for purchase.
What's great about it: This computer is great for internet use and music, speakers are great and has great sound quality
What's not so great: Battery life is horrible.
