"I bought this rather than the reflective 24" that was displayed with the FX6800 computer I bought. I am very happy. This monitor is huge and looks very nice with the "Touch of Color" and the picture is perfect to me.
The only problem I have is that I don't have two of them. (yet!)"

What's great about it: Versatility-Picture Quality-Size What's not so great: No Wall Mount
"I'm a designer and an occasional gamer. Color and text clarity is critical in my field. This product meets all my demands and offers more. Which makes this the perfect system for me who enjoys all aspects of visual design for play and for work. Versatility is one thing that stood out with this monitor when I've done my research. With this monitor, I can switch effortlessly to one device to another by a click of a button. It's that easy. PC(VGA) to Mac(DVI) to XBOX(HDMI) by toggling just one button. Call me old school but I use to switch signals by physically swapping out cable in the back.
Color calibration: The Syncmaster played well with my 17"MacBookPro with out any issues. I also use an Apple HD display and I can tell you that the samsung out performs it in brightness and clarity. Sharpness is about the same. Which say's a lot because you would have to pay for more than the retail price of this monitor to get that.
Visual Design: Meets all my requirements. Crisp text, excellent color calibration, large display (perfect for jumping from one utility to another) Did I mention it's HUGE!
Gaming: My oh my, jaw dropping picture quality. Stunning response time. No over saturation of color. Crisp, clean and target looks beautiful all the way across the map. plink!!! (games Played COD4-5, GTA4, Battlefield Bad Company) Gamers, it's a must buy for the price. My brother in law just bought the 46" Samsung HDTV LN46A850 and a huge fan of Call of Duty series. The video quality is identical to that $2500 screen. It's all about viewing distance when you go with screen size. I don't plan to sit more than 6 feet away when doing work and or gaming so the 25.5" screen more than meets my needs.
Viewing angles: Just right. The best I've seen with other competing monitors.
Movies: beats my 30" flat screen and default picture/color options are plenty to choose from.
Samsung has out done themselves this time. Take advantage of this deal. You will regret passing it up. For the size, price, and quality it's the best deal out there."

What's great about it: Specs, Image quality, brand rep., 25.5 INCHES What's not so great: Stand could hold the screen a bit tighter.
"This is a huge upgrade from the 19" LCD i was using. Sharp clear images, vibrant colors, and very nice finish on the frame and back of the screen, like a smooth high glossy piano finish. HDMI, DVI, and VGA inputs, but not shure why any one would use VGA on a digital monitor of this size! I purchased Bioshock and Far Cry 2 when i got this monitor and man, does this screen deliver some awsome eye candy!!! Turned my graphics up to very high, 1920x1200, Direct X 10, and at some times ill just stop playing and stare at the Beautiful images in aww!! The only down side is the stand, which could be a little stronger in upright support. The monitor will shake back and forth a little if you touch the top of it. But dont let this stop you from getting it, because this monitor is well worth looking past this minor issue, and its not all that bad. Not like it will fall over or anything, but i thought with a high quality monitor should come high quality acc. Another big plus i forgot to mention is that the inputs are very easy to access due to the removable panel on the back side, this also helps hide the tacky cables from view. Spent more than i had planed but in the end i can say that i am very satisfied with this product."

What's great about it: Great Size, Sharp Picture, Looks Good What's not so great: Will Not Tilt Down
"This is a very stylish monitor that provides an excellent picture and wonderful color. Mine came with a DVI cable which was nice and saved me a few bucks. My only complaint with it is the tilt, which goes up very well but will not tilt down. Since my desk has a raised ledge for the monitor getting it to tilt down for better viewing is impossible. But that is a small concern when you take into account the monitor as a whole. I would readily buy one again, I did a lot of checking prior to purchase and this one wins hands down over it's rivals. There are enough inputs to make it very usable in many ways. Have not tried the speakers so I cannot comment on that aspect but all in all it is a great monitor and I am very pleased with it. The price is in the right range at BB and who knows they may have it on sale soon."

"I had a 19 inch samsung 3 or 4 years 930 model.Great monitor,just wanted something bigger for gaming.I researched and brought the right one.I started to get a 24 inch ,afraid the 25.5 might be to big.Believe me it isnt,the 25.5 is the one you want.I am very please with it and with be keeping it and selling my like new 19 inch for 150.If you game or just like to be able to see stuff real well ,youre going to be impressed with this one.Its a keeper"

"Samsung, you've outdone yourself with this 25.5" (HUGE) screen, HDMI, great image quality, extremely attractive and contempory design, high contrast rating and the bright clear picture. Did my homework before I purchased and so glad I did. I couldn't ask for a better monitor at the size and price. You won't be disappointed in this purchase, it's worth every penny. The only negative I can see so far is that Best Buy advertises this as a 2 ms response time and it states on the monitor that it is a 5 ms response time, but who can tell the difference? Fast, Fast Fast!!!"

"This is a great monitor, and I intend to keep it, after only a few days. However, the response time as stated on the Best Buy website is 2 ms, but the response time printed on the upper right corner of the frame of the monitor is 5 ms. (The print is faint, difficult to see.)"

What's great about it: Its HUGE!, big, shiny bezel, nice display. No dead pixels :) What's not so great: Might be 2 big for some.
"Great looking monitor. It is taking some time to get the colors and gamma and brightness/contrast to where I want it to be, I should spend the money and get a calibration device. The picture is crisp, the piano finish with the "Touch of Color" and the clear plastic make it look very classy. The bezel overall is fairly wide. I really like this monitor. Did I mention that it is HUGE?"

What's great about it: Sleek, extremely attractive, contemporary design. Energy efficient. High contrast ratio. HDMI. Great image quality. What's not so great: None.
"I'm very pleased with my purchase of this Samsung monitor. It is extremely attractive with the "Touch of Color" developed by Samsung. The monitor only uses .3W when not in use (like when you turn off the computer). The quality of the screen is fantastic and gorgeous to look at. Blu-ray movies look great on the 1080P display and same with PS3 games. This monitor is also really nice to watch television on (using a computer TV tuner). What's nice for PS3 and Xbox 360 owners is that with the HDMI input and audio out, you can use it as if it's just like a TV and move it around the house. Anyways... it's just amazing and worth the money."

"Very nice monitor, nice size 25.5 ". Very bright and clear pictures. While you can get a Hanns G 28" monitor for the same price, you'll be losing out on the way better contrast ratio of the Samsungs. The pictures are oh so clear and bright. The HDMI input allows me to connect my PS3 so that I can play some console games or just watch Blu Ray in full 1080P. All in all an excellent monitor from Samsung."

What's great about it: hdmi input, crisp picture What's not so great: lack of compatibility for image adjustments
"The monitor is great for use with a computer or for watching blu ray movies or HD console gaming w/ ps3. Picture is nice with the 25.5 monitor. There are image control functions such as contrast, magic tune that are not accesible through the screens OSD, at least not that I have found so far. It is only compatible with Windows. Yet found a version of the software for mac, but just went with the apple calibrator since the program did not seem to work at all. But all in all I like this monitor."
