Great deal! Screen protectors WORK!!!

What's great about it: Makes the slippery iPhone easy to grip
What's not so great: makes it harder to fit in any carrying case
"I bought this product to stop me from dropping my phone - the shiny, slippery surface of the phone seems guaranteed to make it hit the ground! It works great. And - you CAN get to the 'sound on/off' button (vibrate only button) - there is a cut-out in the mold for it.
The protectors work great too. But you have to figure out how to use them There are three protectors in the package. Each protector comprises THREE sheets (not two!). You first peel off the sheet that has a '1' label on it; that reveals a slighly sticky surface that you use to attach to the phone. It's easy to get the bubbles out, you just use a finger to apply the item evently. Then, with the protector now attached to your phone, you PEEL OFF the sheet labeled '2'. One reviewer above said "Also, the number tabs that are on the shields to help separate the backing doesn't come off cleanly leaving a residue that is difficult to remove." - if you are trying to remove the tabs, you ar not doing it right! At the end of the process, you should end up with a) your phone with a protector applied; b) the first backing sheet, with a '1' label attached; c) the second backing sheet, with '2' lable attached. What's great about it: Case is ok
What's not so great: shields are not ok
"Case us ok but will only use until I get an different one that is more grippy.
I don't know what they were thinking with the shields. The adhesive can't make up its mind if it wants to be on the thick shield or the thin backing. It came with 3 shields and only 2 were usable. Nothing came with it to assist in making sure that the shield went on bubble free. Also, the number tabs that are on the shields to help separate the backing doesn't come off cleanly leaving a residue that is difficult to remove."

What's great about it: Affordable
What's not so great: Does not protect an iPhone that well
"We got this for my wife's iPhone and it seemed to be ok in the beginning. She dropped her phone which was in this case and then in her purse from about three feet off the ground on accident and it killed the iPhone instantly. We bought something else to better protect her phone.
If you are worried at all that your phone will be dropped, buy a more sturdy case."

What's great about it: Easy to put on, you can use with the old iPhone.
What's not so great: Collects dust, and vibrate/ring button is unreachable from case.
"The case it really good of twenty bucks. I knew what I was getting into when i bought this case with the lint and dust, and i knew what I was getting into, but I was really mad when i find out that the ring/vibrate button is totally unreachable with the case on the iPhone."

What's great about it: Price, how it fits the iPhone, screen protectors, non-slip material
What's not so great: No instructions for screen protector application, screen protector moves around, appearance
"If you are looking for a good case in this price category this is a case for you. I purchased this case after spending some time looking for a case I would feel good about purchasing and using. If you have an iPhone a case is essential to protect your phone. The screen protectors included are a great idea but there is absolutely no information about how to apply them. I later found out that there are two layers to each protector (you get 3 included in your purchase). The case itself can attract some dust and other fine particles but I'm hoping the benefit of protecting the phone will far outweigh this issue. The case itself provides great protection for the phone and hugs it nicely. I would recommend this case to any iPhone user."

What's great about it: Must buy for your elite iPhone.
What's not so great: none
"All in all this is a great product. it fits well and protects well. however, i was not to pleased with the screen protectors that it came with because there is a little sticker on it that makes it easier to remove the shield from the plastic it is stuck to but that sticker does not peel off so i was stuck with an ugly looking screen protector. also, the screen protector does not stick very well to the phone itself.
i recommend the silicon cover but not the screen protector.""

What's great about it: Scratch Protection
What's not so great: Collects Lint and Dust
"I bought this black DLO Jam Jacket as protection for my iPhone 3G. It does an adequate job. The fit is nice, but there is some wiggle room. The only caveat for me is I'm constantly turning off the volume button with this jacket. As another reviewer said, it does collect lint and dust. Nice "non-skid" material though. I am impressed with the screen protectors that are included, they work great!"

What's not so great: collects dust, and no instructions
"The price was reasonable and it comes with 3 clear covers. It was easy to put on the rubber casting but not the clear plastic cover. There were no instructions on how to put the clear cover on the phone surface. Later I found that there are 3 layers to each cover. I supposed to peel off the front and back... wasted 1 cover. the rubber casting attracts lots of dust making your phone look unclean and it not easy to remove the dust. disappointed on the product."

Durable but attracts Dust

What's great about it: Very Durable, doesn't slide around when I put on my car console
What's not so great: Attracts dust, affects proximity sensor
"I got this case because it's durable and won't slide around on my car console when I'm driving.
However, it attracts dust like crazy. I set the phone down on what appeared to be a clean table, and when I picked it up there was dust and cat hair all over it.
Also, mine confused the proximity sensor. The screen would stay unlocked when I put it up next to my ear, making my chin accidentally press buttons on the phone, and the screen would go blank when I would take it away from my ear.
I'm taking this case back and trying out another one."

"I got this case the other day and it is definitely worth it, it may not look so cool, but it's definitely worth your iPhones life, and trust me, it is more durable than lots of hard cases, because those can crack or shack the iphone inside the case but this is a "skin tight" case and it is very strong on all corners and there is no room to shake in. Also it has a nice grip."

What's great about it: Easy to install and sturdy
What's not so great: Overpriced and no instructions
"I purchased this yesterday. The screen protector is quite nice but since there were no instructions, I had to wing it to install it. Basically, there are 3 protectors each with tab 1 and tab 2. The tabs are pasted onto thin sheets of plastic that cover each side of the thicker protector. Tab 1 sheet or 2 sheet, I don't recall which, covers the side with the post-it type adhesive of the protector. The other tab covers the side without the adhesive. I think the idea is to, with the adhesive side down onto the phone, carefully line up the pre-cut holes on the protector with the phone's receiver and the activate button, respectively. Avoid dust or hair on the adhesive side since it will cause unsightly air bubbles. While the protector is being secured to the phone, push any air bubbles out caught between the screen and the protector. It's a pretty simple process and don't worry about fingerprints on the adhesive side since it won't show up after the bubbles are removed. Good product but just too expensive for what you get...like any other MP3 accessory."

What's not so great: Its a little difficult to hit the vibrate switch but not a problem

What's great about it: Fits perfectly. Nice grip. Access button without exposing holes.
What's not so great: None so far
"This case is surely the best case out there for your iphone 3g. The volume button, the stanby/off button is nicely protected but easyly accessible. The 4 corners are well protected since this case has some more meat on the corners. Both sides of the case have tons on little goosebumps which make it easy to hold and feel secure that it won't slip off your hand easily.
Also, since it's a silicon case, you can lean the iphone to any object without fearing of dropping down. I lean mine on a bottle of water and it's great for watching movies. In addition, you can attach the iphone to most of the docking stations without removing it. Nice feature.
There are 3 full screen protector come with this case which is extremely nice. I bought another case from ebay and it attracts dust like crazy. Not this one. I'm able to leave the iphone out and it barely collects dust, if any at all. The screen protector protects the screen nicely and is like a walk in the cloud while trying to put it on the screen.
All in all, buy it. You won't regret it. one of the best $20 well spend for your expensive iphone 3G."

What's not so great: Can't easily reach vibrate mode
"Just got this case yesterday. It fits great! doesn't make the phone too bulky at all. Protects the front with a thin film that you put on yourself. The film is so thin that you can't even tell you have it on. Easy to get to buttons and bottom is open for you to charge phone easily and access speakers. Only down side is it's s little bit difficult to reach the button to turn on vibrate quickly. But... it just takes a sec longer then without the case. No biggie."
