What's great about it: It's based on the previous best Kirby game, Kirby Super Star for the SNES
What's not so great: Relatively easy, somewhat short, additional content isn't all that interesting

"Kirby Super Star took Kirby to a new level by providing various attacks for each power Kirby could learn. It wasn't just the same animation over and over. This allowed for deeper gameplay in the Kirby world. The game is still quite easy overall, seeing as it's a Kirby game, but there are definitely some hard parts. More dedicated gamers will find a tough challenge in the Arena, where Kirby must fight all the game's bosses. So although the game is easy to pick up and play through, there are definitely some tough challenges.

Also, this game isn't just a port of the Super NES original. This is a remake of the SNES classic. Kirby looks more like his GBA incarnations, the music is a little different, and, of course, there's new content. The new content includes a harder version of the first game and a special mode where you can go through the whole game using Meta Knight. There's also a second Arena where you can play as Kirby's buddies. These three new modes contain all new bosses, all of which are based on three bosses already in the game only with new attacks.

Finally, the game features cutscenes much like what Kirby 64 provided only they look much nicer. Try to unlock all of them in the game's theater mode."

"the first stage was from the original kirby. you mean to tell me that they couldn't make a new game they had to take parts from the old lame"

What's great about it: very fun and many powers and abilities . very easy to use
What's not so great: a little of repeat game play

"it is loads of fun. i play with my friends all the time using the wifi capabilitie. there are many story modes and fun mini games. it is just like the original except it has more powers, better graphics, and loads of fun."

What's great about it: Everything
What's not so great: None

"I was amazed with this nitendo ds game. I love Kirby and all his abilities. I am glad they went back to regular kirby. There are so many abilities and forms of kirby to come from. My favorite is ice mode. The story mode is somewhat interesting, and there are a good amount of missions but I wish there were more stages. Prepare for hours of fun with this game!"
