Nice but not worth the green

What's great about it: sleek design
What's not so great: scroll wheel breaks fast and ruins the value instantly half the clicks will not register
"This mouse is not worth the trouble. Within 14 days the scroll wheel breaks this ruins the use of most mice since most people USE that function almost as much as they click"

So far so great!

What's great about it: Best looking mouse on the planet - love the fact that it folds up!
What's not so great: Bad color choices
"I too was worried about the reviews, especially since I bought mine before the bad reviews came up. But I have to say I have not had any problems with this mouse at all. I love the fact I can fold it and hang it over my shirt pocket when walking between offices (yes I am a geek, sorry).
My only real complaint is the colors. This mouse is too beautiful to be plain black or that horrible wine color. I would LOVE to see this mouse in blue, green or even purple. I doubt they will ever do it but for now this is my biggest complaint."

I Love this mouse!!

What's great about it: The way it looks.
What's not so great: The reviews on this site.
"I have been looking for a mouse for quite some time to go with my Toshiba A305-6843. A month ago I saw it on a Best Buy end cap and have not been able to get it out of my mind. Despite all the reviews about the side button and defective scroll wheel I decided to take the plunge. So far this mouse is perfect!! I rarely use the scroll wheel so I hope I can have many years with this mouse. **My fingers are croossed**"

Breaks easily, skips a ton
10/16/2008

What's great about it: Worked well on my Ubuntu Hardy Heron and Intrepid Ibex boxes
What's not so great: Scroll wheel broke within 2 weeks, mouse jumps constantly
"This mouse is beautiful to look at and definitely has a 'cool' factor to it. The battery life is pretty good as well (my previous mouse lasted a day per charge). However, the mouse scroll wheel broke after only a couple weeks of use. The mouse will sometimes lose signal, and I have to hold it close to the receiver for it to pick it back up. Good looks, NO personality."

Scroll wheel breaks
10/15/2008

"Scroll wheel is broken after less than a week of use. Every other feature of the mouse is great but seeing that other people have had the same problem with the wheel, I will be taking this one back and waiting for a model that addresses this problem."

Good, but cheap
10/07/2008

What's great about it: Truely Plug and Play. Easy installation. Slim form factor. Ultra Portable.
What's not so great: Mouse Wheel breaks. Signal cuts in and out.
"After purchasing one for myself, I bought another one for my daughter. Worked great... ...for a while. Then I started to notice every once in a while the mouse would cut out. I would move it, but the pointer wouldn't move on screen. Then, to make matters worse (the reason why I bought it) the mouse wheel stopped working. It wouldn't touch the gear underneath (you would normally hear a click when you scrolled the mouse wheel up or down). I don't hear a click anymore and it doesn't work. It's only been a month and I've used it maybe about 10-15 hours a week. Maybe 40 hours total. Now it's a paper weight because I bought it for the sole purpose of the mouse wheel (my laptop doesn't have one). What a waste of $60! I just hope my daughters lasts longer than mine did."

Cool if you don't mind the mouse cutting out
09/22/2008
By rickyp123

What's great about it: Cool design, innovative, small
What's not so great: Cuts out constantly
"I love this mouse...other than the fact that it cuts out constantly. What a beating. You could be doing something and all of a sudden...your mouse is gone...oh but wait, there it is again. Whenever my computer encountered a heavy load, this mouse would cut out. Even playing games the mouse cuts out. No thank you. Taking back today."

Killer shape

What's great about it: Shape, feel, and looks like art
What's not so great: Price
"I was not looking to purchase a mouse when the MS Arc caught my eye on display. I had one of those gotta have it moments because of it's unique shape. The buttons are responsive yet are just firm enough so you don't accidentally click on something while moving the mouse. The rubberized coating on top has a soft silky feel and the Left and Right button are well placed. The side Back button could have been placed a little farther up the arch as you have to move your thumb forward to use it, but you'll get used to that as well. I also like folding it shuts down the power. The USB stub receiver is about 1/2 inch in length and fits snugly into the magnetized recess in the bottom of the mouse. I may have to go back and pick up another one for my home PC."

Nice and compact

What's great about it: Nice design, compatible with Mac, Easy to set up
What's not so great: Price is a bit high
"Good product, plus at best buy you get 30 days to test it out...so far so good. It's very responsive but you get used to it quickly. It feels nice in your hand. If it were $49 it would be well worth it! I like the fact that theres not a bunch of fancy gizmos on it that will break eventually. Its nice and basic."

Great mouse for on the go use
09/14/2008
By tbroas

What's great about it: Unique style, compact size
What's not so great: A little pricey (at least for me)
"I just purchased this mouse for use with my laptop. I mainly purchased this because it can be folded up into such a compact size when not in use. The mouse is very responsive but will take a little bit of getting used to. Because the mouse really doesn't have "sides", it can feel a little awkward at first. Don't worry though, after a little bit of use, it feels as comfortable as a regular mouse. If you want a mouse that is as portable as a mini usb mouse, but not as tiny, this is a great buy."
