"I was lucky and purchased a couple of these frames for christmas gifts as they were on sale for $99 each. One frame would not power up out the box but Best Buy swapped it out for my recipient with no issue. Both ladies squealed with delight when they saw them and one of them calls me continuously to tell me how awesome her frame is.

"I purchaed this frame as a gift and loaded up a 1gb SD card with family photos to go with it. Since it was a gift, I wanted to make sure the quality of the frame was top notch and steered clear of cheap brands I never heard of. I read many reviews online and looked at instore displays to narrow my choices. Hopefully this frame lasts for years.

What I liked about this model was the build quality. While there were a couple of brands that seemed better, they were twice as expensive. I also liked the touch frame vs a remote control. Since you're touching the frame and not the screen, you don't worry about fingerprints. The picture quality was very good for this size screen. I was a little worried that the 800x480 resolution was a bit low but after seeing it in person, the resolution was more than adequate. If you decide to go with bigger frames, you should consider a higher resolution.

What I don't care for is the 16:9 widescreen display. Most photos are in the standard 4:3 format. When displayed in 16:9, the top and bottom of your photos are cropped off. I think you can select on the menu not to have them cropped but that would give you the ugly black bars on the sides of photos. The 16:9 format is becoming common with all brands, not just Kodak. Unless the image extends to the top and bottom of the photo, you should be fine."

What's not so great: Make sure you go online and download the new firmware

"In store this was on sale at an great value. I picked it up for my mom for the Holdays and as I was setting it up, I knew it was going to be mine and I would have to get my mom another one. It looks great and works great. I use the timer. and I use a separate port if I want to hear some music. I havent put a video on it but will try that soon. I am happy with the Kodak quality."

"This is a very nice photo frame. It's easy to use and figure out. I didn't have any difficulty figuring out how to put my own songs on there without reading the instructions. The pictures look great, the sound is great; all in all it's a great photo frame.

The only con is the stand on the back. I really would prefer something sturdier, but that would not deter me from purchasing it at all!"

What's not so great: A few more border colors should be included in the package and they can be slightly difficult to line up.

"The Kodak Easy Share 10.2" digital picture frame is easy to set up and use. The touch controls built into the frame make navigation easy once you're familiar with them. The displayed photos are very bright, colorful, and clear. The interchangeable borders are ok, but can be a little hard to line up. I would also have liked a few more border color options included in the package. All in all, a great digital frame!"
