"It can charge 2 at a time and with 2 usb's you can charge 4 without the ps3 even being on. When it is charging theres a cool red light and when its done charging there is a cool green light. All you have to do is plug it in."

"This is a great charger for your PS3 controllers. It looks great and is very easy to use. The LED's are very stylish and accent the PS3 well. Worth every dollar. Before I bought it I thought it looked like it was easy to break or would be fragile but it is sturdy and strong."

"I have a PS3 160 only two USB ports. Didn't like the looks of USB chord always plugged into the unit when I wasn't using it. This charger is great because it can be placed anywhere there is an electrical outlet. LED shows when it is charged red/green. Well worth the price. My only issue is still after a week I can't just slide the control into the charger by touch I have to pick it up and look to connect it. I'm sure there is a perfect angle I am missing and it will just hit me one day."

"Ok, I got sick and tired of having to use up 2 of my 4 usb ports on my 80Gig PS3, as well as I got tired of the cords. They constantly kept getting in the way of other things. As well as my 2 cats thought that when the cords hung down that they would be great toys. As well as I have a 2 year old son, and any chance to grab anything in his reach he would.
I purchased this on a more or less whim. It looked good in the packaging. When I got it home and placed it on my cabinet, it looked great sitting near my PS3.
Unlike the comments that were said about the LED's going out, I have yet to have that problem. The lights change from Red (charging) to Green (charged.) They do take a bit to get used to for plugging in the controllers, especially since I have the color change controller covers I have on my 2 controllers, but even with them on the controllers still slip in nice and easy and snug.
The base has 2 extra ports on it to allow you to plug in 2 wires to charge up 2 extra controllers. The base sits firmly on the cabinet, does not tip over unless it is given force. It looks stylish, and functions well.
Even if you DO get the LED's going out problem, leaving the controllers plugged in for at least 30 minutes will give you quite a while longer of play if needed.
The price is a little high for a charging station, but then again it is worth it, at least it was for me."

What's great about it: Looks great. Chargers controllers in a reasonable amount of time. What's not so great: LEDs showing charging status unreliable
"This is a reasonably priced charger with a sleek, modern look. It works well in terms of charging controllers.. It is a bit difficult to seat the chargers in the unit but this gets easier with some practice. The ony thing bad about it is that after owning it for a few months the LEDs showing charging status have failed. They are supposed to change from red to green when charging is complete and now mine just stay red."
