What's great about it: Great game selection, plays bluray, it's wireless
What's not so great: It really hard to keep piano black clean

"I love my PS3! The lastest and greatest games come out for it, great graphics, built in wireless, lots of hard drive space, and it doesn't over heat. The only thing I haven't liked is that the piano black finish attracts a lot of dust but it's still a great look."

What's great about it: Blu ray, games, looks, built in wireless
What's not so great: weighs a lot and can overheat

"I absolutely love my PS3. I've had the wii and the xbox 360, but when you factor in that the PS3 is the best blu-ray player out there still and has built-in wireless (which will cost you $100 on the 360 for the adapter) it ends up being a great deal! Do it!"

What's great about it: Sleek Jet Black Color, free online, built in wifi, GREAT exclusive games

"Lets see where do I start. The online gameplay is free, it has a built in lithium ion battery for the controller, you can use it to browse the internet, you can use it to shop online, you can save family photos on it, you can save all of your music on it. Out of all of the blu ray players out there the ps3 is probably one of the best on the market, especially for that price, it delivers the sharpest picture possible. I really like the PSN Video store, where you can rent and buy movies and save them to your hard drive. Also I love the fact that you can use a laptop hdd for your ps3, right now I have a 250gb hdd. PS3 has a strong lineup of exclusives like Little Big Planet, socom confrontation, metal gear solid 4, killzone 2, resistance 1 & 2, motorstorm 1 & 2, uncharted 1 & 2, and the list goes on. I would definetely go with a ps3 over a 360 any day."

"It has everthing blu-ray bluetooth. It has games, movies, photos, and music. You can download demos before getting the game. On the playstation network you can get movies and tv shows. But if your using the internet it can be good and bad. Also downloading takes a while."

What's not so great: they downgraded after the first model

What's great about it: The performance of the games, and the great deal you get bundled with the Blu Ray player.

"My playstation 3 has lasted me three years, it has been very efficient and continues to be. At first the console lacked games. But after several months many exclusives came out such as Metal Gear Solid, Little Big Planet, Killzone 2, Resistance 2. I would recommend getting a HDMI cord for the system since the quality is much greater. Overall its a great system that will last a long time."

What's great about it: Easy to setup, great price, graphics, backwards compatibility, media extender, bluray
What's not so great: smudges, scratches easily

"The 80GB PS3 is awesome. I got one a couple of months ago and I love it. I hooked it up with an HDMI cable to my HDTV and the graphics just exploded off the screen. I love the fact that I can use it as media extender with my Windows Media Server PC. I can download songs, videos, and pictures off of my computer now. I also like the Playstation Network's huge variety of game demos, themes, and downloadable games. The setup is simple too. All you need is an a/v, component, or HDMI cable; a power cable, and an ethernet cable (or you could go wifi). Another great feature is its BluRay compatibility. I can watch movies in TrueHD now without having to buy a second machine. The only thing I would do to better it is get a covering to keep it from getting smudged or scratched."

Another suprise is that the PS3 doesn't only play Blu-ray Movies, but I cames to know that every PS3 game is also Blu-ray, so even on 480i it will look amazing.
