What's great about it: The Car Charger

I purchased this to go with my daughters new PSP. the plastic protective case that goes over it is of poor quality and kind of a pain to work with. the case that the unit is supposed to go into has straps to hold the PSP but they are a little to small to get the PSP into it and certainly will not work if you have the protective plastic case on the unit. the holders for the games is a similar situation.
We found the only useful or good part of this was the car charger.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

What's great about it: Lots of useful items in one low-cost kit
The part of this kit we use the most is the clear plastic case for the PSP. We've had one for 3 years and it has helped the PSP survive numerous drops and falls. We bought a second one recently for a new PSP so that it will have the same long life. I also like the charger that is included in the kit. It functions as a stand-alone USB cord for data transfer or charging. It also include a power outlet adapter for use in a car. The adapter has a USB port.
I would recommend this to a friend!

What's great about it: Great price, good quality, verity of items, great PSP protection
What's not so great: Tight-fitting pockets in the carrying case, fragile UMD door on the plastic case
I purchased this at a local BestBuy store because I had just gotten a PSP 3000 and needed a clear plastic protective case for it to avoid all the little scratches and dents PSPs are so prone to getting (as well as all the fingerprints).
The Plastic Case:
At first I wasn't sure this case would fit on my PSP tightly enough, so they allowed me to open it in the store and make sure it fit properly. It fits my PSP 3000 PERFECTLY and keeps it tightly secure within the case. The plastic is of a nice durable quality and I don't have any problems using the buttons or joystick when it is on. It also has a little tab on the bottom that you can use as a stand to prop the PSP up on it's own and snaps onto the bottom when not in use. The only small complaint I would have would be that the UMD door on the case doesn't attach directly to the PSPs UMD door, so it is a little flimsy when you pop open the PSP door and you need to be careful not to break it off. But this is a minor issue.

I already own a PSP car charger, but I like this one a lot better. It doesn't have one of those non-removable cords and instead has a USB slot in it. This allows you to use the USB cord with the charger, as well as just a regular USB connector with the PSP. The charger also has the same glossy black finish as the PSP, so it matches and looks nice.

The Earbuds:
I haven't gotten a chance to try out the earbuds yet, but they appear to just be the basic kind. They look like they might cause your ears to hurt after a while also. However, they are still very nice looking and they have a straight plug, as opposed to those annoying L-shaped plugs that always get in the way, so I will more them likely get some use out of them. But you probably aren't buying this for the earbuds anyway, as I wasn't, already having a Sony pair I use with my PSPs.

What's not so great: The case could be a little more protective and durable.
I really like the Rocketfish starter kit for my PSP. Even though I thought that the case itself could be more durable it has so far been sufficient in protecting it. Everything has worked fine right out of the box except I have not tried the earphones as of yet. It is a great deal for the price because it includes everything. Unfortunately it was delivered to the wrong address but that does not reflect onto the product which is great!!. Thanks, Rocketfish...

What's great about it: The case and a extre carry all to keep everything in one place

The kit has several item for the PSP you would use when in the car or just taking the game with you for the day. It will carry every thing you would need for a days outing plus the play thru case is very strong and
protects the game screen from getting scratched.

I bought this as a Christmas gift to my brother. He loves it. Says that his PSP feels secure in it. His friend didn't have a case and you can just see how much having a case makes a difference on the PSP!

I got two of these for my twins PSP's. I opened the box and I am like "really". This was only $20.00 each, it looks like it should have cost me way more. It is nice, of course, it's from Rocketfish. You get everything for traveling. A car charger, headphones, clear protective plastic hard case for PSP and pockets for 3 games. All in a cse. I think this is worth the money for sure. My boys love it.

I have a PSP-3000. Fits great. I got this bundle after careful consideration of everything on the shelf. Hard shell/case, USB/Car charging/transfer cable, fairly protective, and outer case. Yeah, the earbuds aren't the best, but they aren't horrible either. This is the deal to get. There is another one out there with some kind of software disk and some other cheap accessories in it. But look, Media-Go is free to download anyway. The stand is nice for watching movies and the hardshell case is great...a little slick/slippery, but I put little rubber feet (like on the bottom of a laptop) on the outside bottom of mine and tiny ones on the edges/sides. That helped a lot. The durability is a 3.5-4 cause if you drop it once, that acrylic case is going to crack or break. But, it covers the screen so that's great. You'll pay this much just for some carry pouches or the PSP hard case alone. A good price for some useful accessories.

What's great about it: Fits nice in my back pack, the clear plastic case lets me keep my psp in my pocket without it getting scratched.
What's not so great: earbuds are terrible.
I got my PSP along with this case a few days before my trip to California. It was a four hour long flight and the case came in very handy and it still does. the only problem i had was the earbuds that came with the case. my ears hurt so bad after four hours on a plane and they didnt blot out to much of the outside noise. if you are going to buy this case i would suggest getting some nice earbuds to go along with this if you dont have some already.
I would recommend this to a friend!

this is a great kit for any PSP users. this kit has every you would need. the plastic cover is durable, slim, and has a stand for watching movies on a plane or other travel uses. and charger can be use to charge other devices like ipods and MP3 players.

What's not so great: The only thing bad for this, its that it can`t fit your pocket.
Everything is cool for this product, even the price, but the only proble is that it doesent fit your pocket, so if you don`t matter that the teacher sees you with it at school, its a good buy!
