Within less than 6 months, two of the three knobs have split in half, making it impossible to turn it on or change the setting! Additionally, it never toasted well because the timer knob is not detailed enough. Anything under 10 minutes comes out randomly--you can't set it for 3 minutes or 6 minutes--so half the time my toast was underdone, and then if I tried to toast it longer, it would burn.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

What's great about it: Easy to clean
What's not so great: Part of it sticks out in the back
First let me just say that I'm thrilled just to have a toaster oven that actually works! It was a good buy, and is well made. But I did not expect to find that the back of the oven is actually rounded and sticks out to accomodate larger items like pizzas. What is the point of that I wonder? Unless you have some way of mechanically rotating the pan you still have to stick your hand in the oven to turn the pizza so that it can be cooked evenly. Why not just make the overall size bigger and extend/add to the number of cooking elements?

What's great about it: Smaller than most that hold a pizza
What's not so great: The smell when first using it. They suggest airing it out before using.
This is my second Euro Pro. The first lasted about 5 years then the electrics stopped working. It does everything it's supposed to and if you're at all attentive you should have no problems. You won't burn yourself if you grab ONLY the handle when opening it. Getting toast to your satisfaction takes keeping an eye on the toast when first using it to determine just how many minutes you should set it for. The pizza rack has a tendency to rattle when the unit is set to bake (it's the convection fan that causes this.) We took out the pizza rack. Pizzas work fine on the regular wire rack. Make sure to air the unit out outdoors before its first use, or run it with no food in it until the smell disappears. (The instructions address this.) It may take a few times of running it if you can't air it out outdoors. It's fine once the smell is gone.

What's great about it: Nothing stood out enough to make up for the flimsiness of the adjustment knob.
What's not so great: My daughter's plastic play oven lasted longer than this.
The knob that changes the settings from "Bake" to "Grill" to "Broil" and so forth broke just from normal use after only a six months. Unless Best Buy starts getting better selection in its appliance brand names, I won't be buying another one from them any time soon, and I definitely won't be buying a Euro Pro. If you're in Best Buy and thinking about buying a Euro Pro...don't. Turn around and run the other way.

The function dial is unreadable even with a magnefieing glass.
The convection fan only comes on when the heating element is on. When the desired oven temperature is reached the convection fan goes off.
DON"T pull the rack out more than a couple of inches. Any further than that and your pizza will slide right out on the floor.

I was in need of a toaster oven to supplement the crazy schedules our family has. I was pleasantly surprised by the ease of use and the interior size. It allows for larger than usual pans when baking or cooking.

rather than use the oven , its great for small stuff like pizzas and frozen dinners. I like all the extra pans that came with it. I wasn't left wondering what to put my grilled cheese on!

What's great about it: It cooks everything uniformly and fast
What's not so great: Unsure how much time I set it on because the knob markings are not clear
This is my first convection toaster oven and I have used it every day since I bought it. It cooks everything evenly, it toasts great and I make little treats for my kids all the time now without turning on my stove's oven. I really like it. It gets warm on the outside but all of them do that anyway, and it is a touch noisy but not more so than the toaster oven we have at work. I recommend it.

What's not so great: Outside gets hot, only includes 1 wire rack.
Nothing spectacular, just a good all around toaster oven. Outside surface gets quite hot so be careful. Pizza shaped oven allow pizza tray (not included) to serve multiple purposes. Disappointed to find that the display had 2 wire racks but the oven only came with one! Checked all available boxes and sure enough, only one rack in each! But that's probably just a marketing scheme created by Best Buy. ;-)

What's great about it: Good price, great look on counter and very versatile!
I bought this at the same time as I replaced my microwave. It was on sale and not much more than most toasters at Best Buy. This really does just as much as an oven almost. Kids like it better than the microwave to reheat leftovers because of the taste and can make quick things in it like grilled cheese, frozen pizzas, waffles and toast. Between this, a microwave and a George Foreman, who needs a oven!
I would recommend this to a friend!

What's great about it: Small, convenient
I get lot's of use in this little over. I use it for broiling, baking, toasting. Don't have to heat up the house as much by using this oven instead of the my regular kitchen oven. Can't cook a turkey, but individual pieces work well. I've cooked chicken, fish and my daughter even baked a cake. Cleans up well. Not a brand name, but works just as well. Hope it lasts!

What's great about it: Looks good with two levels and large tray.
What's not so great: Non-functional timer
We bought this toaster oven because it had two levels and a wide enough tray for baking. Unfortunately, when my husband tried to cook a steak, we quickly learned the timer did not work. We depend on an automatic timer shut off since we're always running around doing other things when we make food. Back in the box and back to the store it goes.

I was excited to get this item but on the second use in the bake mode the exterior of the product got so hot it melted the plastic feet on the bottom of the product. The top and sides of the oven were also dangerously hot. Due to obvious safety concerns, I would not suggest this product.

Brought the product from looking at it online.When I bought it home and took it out of the box my wife looked at it and said to me that she couldn't read the dials,especially the most important one the function control.Manual said set to 450 degrees for toast,well my toast came out as black as the sides of the unit.So with only one day's use I put it back in the box to return tomorrow. Also my old toaster oven had 1,500 watts,not so for the Euro Pro.

What's great about it: Lots of settings and space double rack helps cook more in less time
What's not so great: Had a dent from shipping
I ordered this as a replacement for the ancient toaster oven that was in my office kitchen. The ordering process was quick and easy, I got my order fast but it did have a dent and a scratch. We have quite a few employees who toast in our office and usually the oven is tied up during breakfast and lunch but now that we have this oven with it's larger capacity we are able to toast for several people at the same time so there is no waiting in line. Also it has been really great to get an oven that doesn't burn everything we put in it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Purchased this because it also could make a pizza....THAT doesnt work well at all!
All in all, it wasn't a bad little oven, other than we have had a pliers next to it since it was less than a month old, due to a broken timer knob.
It bit the bullet just short of a year old, St. Nick surprised us with it last Dec. Looking at numerous reviews on all brands of toaster ovens, I see quality issues. They just dont make things like they used to!

I experienced a similar problem as others have reported. The knobs break easily. I called customer service and they would not replace for no charge. They claimed no warranty on knobs. Not a good buy! Poor control for making toast. Hard to set time it and takes forever to heat up for toast. Really not made for toast.
