"Graphics in this game are beautiful.the game has a great story line but it is just to short.also i wish that they had more better weapons.the range of weapons is limited.beware though you need a pretty good system so that there is no choppy gameplay. i am running a intel e8500 3.16 6 gb ram and a 9800 gt s/c akimbo card.with these items i ran everything on high and had no problem."

What's great about it: Everything
What's not so great: Relatively short game

"The game is outstanding. Great gameplay, and even better if you understand the games mechanics and know how adapt to each situation as well as how to play on them. The graphic are beautiful, possibly one of the best (if not the best) graphics on a PC game out there. Both the sequel and the original one are a great investment if you enjoy gaming, too bad the game is kind of short, however, that is definitely the only downside. One of the best purchases I've made."

"The storyline was excellent, but a little short. I thought that the graphics were outstanding, but could be a problem for lower end computers. An overall good buy, and one of the best new releases out there. If you are looking for a new game, this is the one to buy. A lot of action."

What's great about it: Runs smoother, Better AI, More Multiplayer modes and levels, Better Multiplayer Balance.
What's not so great: Difficulty needs slight adjustment, Single player could have have been a little longer.

"Crysis Warhead is a large improvement over the original Crysis. The game runs smoother. On the original I got about 20 fps on high settings. In Warhead I get about 30. The graphics look slightly sharper, and the unit AI is better. There are some new great multiplayer maps, and there is a new mode called team instant action. I beat the game on the hardest difficulty in under 6 hours, so I think the difficulty needs a slight adjustment(even though I am really good at first person shooters), and the game could have been an hour or so longer. But considering that this is an expansion that only costs $30, I would highly recommend it to anyone who likes first person shooters."

"This game is exactly like Crysis, with nothing really new here. If you liked the original Crysis, then expect the same thing, just a different scenario, and a lot shorter than the original game. If you played the original Crysis, you really aren't missing anything here, and the price is kind of expensive for the length of game you get. If you can get it one week when it is on sale, I'd recommend buying it then."

What's not so great: listed below

"This is a good game with a few very notable exceptions:

1. Short. Package the first Crysis and this one together and you have a full length game.

2. No 64bit executable. WTF? Supposedly Crytek is going to release the 64bit game as a patch, but it will be too late, replay is done. For a game of this caliber to not have 64bit support is a joke.

3. Hax. If you like a chump-free online game, this isn't the title for you."

What's great about it: gameplay...crysis wars
What's not so great: setup, crashing

"good game...pretty much the same as the original but you play as psycho running concurrent with nomad in the original...so same story but with a different charactor...which is kind of nice to hold you until the next crysis game comes out to continue the story...with addition of the seperate crysis wars multiplayer game and at a price of $30 this is a great deal...the set up was a little long about 20 minutes to install...make sure you have updated drivers cuz this thing does crash with older drivers..."

What's great about it: More cinamatic scenes, great story line, more weapons/vehicles, only $29 bucks
What's not so great: Way too short and easy...probably why its $29 bucks

"Same great graphics and game play. Trying to stop those Koreans from taking the bad things again. I love the new weapons and vehicles. The length of the game and difficulty could have been kicked up a few more notches though. Overall, a great sequel to the first hit. Recommended for $29 dollars."

What's great about it: Great lookings game. Fun new weapons.
What's not so great: Somewhat short. Gameplay issues with DX10.

"I read that this would be less demanding on systems, so I was eager to see how it looked. I was disappointed that it played much worse than Crysis on my system and had all kinds of issues. I tried playing it with DX9 and it was much better.
There is much more action than Crysis and no shortage of weapons, ammo, and vehicles. The scope of the game is no where near that of Crysis having less area to explore. It seemed easier than Crysis and it's much shorter.
Still, it's very fun and very good looking. Looking forward to a patch so I can play it in all it's DX10 glory."

What's great about it: This game kicks butt just like the first cryis does.
What's not so great: It is only meat to take 6 hours to play it is shorter than the first crysis.

"They say cryengine2 optmises better in this one i find that to be completley false. in the first crysis i could have graphics on all High at 1680X1050 and with warhead i have to put it on all medium and at 1440X900. The crysis Wars (online gamming) is well liked. And that is with a 9600 GT way overclocked to 730 at the core, and a core 2 duo @ 3.3 GHZ. evga 780i MOBO. 4GB ram."

What's not so great: I wish the game was a little longer and started earlier in time in the game from beggining

"I honestly like the game but it was too short,i like the fact that it brong 2 disks in the box...crysis warhead and crysis wars for online multiplayer which is fun,other then those things i like the graphics there very intense and good thing i have a geforce 9600 extreme i was ready to go!! lol :D"

What's great about it: More Exciting, optimized better, Denser Jungles, cooler weapons
What's not so great: Yet another island jungle game : (

"It was way more exciting then the original Crysis. More weapons and vehicles (SWEET!)
It seems to be optimized better so it should run smoother on a wider variety of pc's
If you purchased the original Crysis and were disappointed then i suggest you play warhead and hopefully redeem hope for crytek. It was fun"

What's great about it: trying to imitate the violent yet pasionate psycho
What's not so great: way too short and you dont get to meet up with nomad

"the game is very fun to play, lots of action. crytek improved a bit but not by much, you still need a powerfull machine to run it on verry high, or enthusiast settings as they call it. theres a few bugs, but all ignorable. as you play you get to *hear* a little about psycho, and through the game you get to see even though he is violent, hes got some compasion and follow rules sometimes. yes the game is short, from what i could tell, it starts after you depart with nomad from the original game, and stops short of getting to the carrier. your more involved witht the N. Koreans in this one. and contrary to the last review, this is not a part two. its still part one, just from a different point of view. i enjoyed all the non-alien spaceship junk from the 1st one, and while i think this game needs a minor patch, i still loved every second of gameplay and would recoment anyone buying this game. you will learn to love Sgt. Psycho before your done and will leave you aching for more crysis."

"I have older computer so I'm not able to play at high resolution. Anyways, I still loved the graphics at "mainstream" mode and I think that they are better then in the first. In Warhead, main focus is the alien encounter vs. the first was Korean army then aliens. My biggest disappointment was that the game seemed a lot shorter then original Crysis. I got it the first day it came out and by Saturday I was finished with the entire game.
I played about 2 hours per day. Now I have to wait for the 3rd & final installment of the Crysis trilogy and of course Crysis the movie :)"

What's not so great: Way too short, extremely easy on highest difficulty setting

"Is this game worth to purchase? Yes, because it came out with a nice low sticker price. If you liked original Crysis you should buy this, it's pretty much the same Crysis with new weapons and more vehicles.
I am playing the game on the highest settings possible and it looks very nice, just like the original. The only problem is that it is way too short and way too easy. I played it for about 6 hours total and its finished. It wouldn't be bad if it had any replayable value, but unfortunately it does not. I finished it on the highest difficulty settings with only couple of save reloads. Sadly, even the first Crysis had no replayable value for me, I finished on the highest difficulty settings in a short time also.
If they came up with a multiplayer that actually works for these two games then this game could be the greatest FPS ever. Unfortunately that is not the case.

Final verdict:
If you bought the first Crysis and finished it, buy this one also. It is a nice addition to your collection plus it came out with low price. Sadly also, it is just like the first one, nothing will surprise you. Yes there are more vehicles, couple (and I mean couple) of new weapons, but nowhere I went "wow" on anything. Be warned that you will finish it fast and easy. Its a good game to play when you are bored at home."

"I bought this game this afternoon. I played through the original Crysis and was blown away with the graphics and gameplay. Warhead was definitely not a let down. I cant speak for the true graphics potential as i am running it on the suggested setting of "mainstream" which appears to be the new medium, but even at that it looks awesome (AMD Phenom 64 OC 8800 GT 4gig ram)
I have only played it for an hour or two, and im playing it on the Delta setting, but already i have way more firepower than in the original and the action is much more fast paced.
Awesome game, wont be disappointed with this purchase."
