What's great about it: good camera, good video, great for use with laptop if the laptop has bluetooth or with cable
What's not so great: Not very water resistant , not good for use on the Internet with out being connect to a laptop
Please read all of my review. I have had 3 of these in 2 years. first one lasted about 3 month second lasted 5 months This one lasted a year now. It is a very good camera not that easy to learn all of it settings but has great zoom and clear pictures. Cables you can use only usb cable it comes with to connect to computer but it also uses bluetooth to connect to a printer or laptop. This is not by any means a water proof camera or phone. I have killed two of them by using them in the rain. or sweating on them. The phone it okay both in sound and normal cell use. Connecting it to a laptop is great to use the cellphone Internet to achieve fast Internet service and in a pinch where there is no Internet I have used it for a dial up connection. Using the phone by itself to search the Internet let just say almost useless. sending a text with picture is easy as it will resize photos for that use and still keep it unchanged on your memory card for use to be printed picture or other uses. I have a 4 gig card that I have yet to fill up and yes you can zoom while you are doing video but it not easy to do. It takes great pictures in low light but you have to learn your settings.. I have taken many great pictures I would have not gotten if I did not have this good of a camera in my phone. I would only recommend this to someone that does not want to carry both a camera and a phone or as a back up camera. I wished they had made it more water resistance. I recommend if you are going to get wet you carry it in a small ziplock bag. you can still answer the phone while it still in the ziplock bag and not worry about it shorting out the phone. Other then that it been a great camera phone.

What's great about it: camera
What's not so great: proprietary accessories
The camera is really good. Luv the videos and the awesome pics I get on the fly. USB lets me put them on my computer for quick and easy tweeking and printing The USB lets me also download ringtones and games to the phone without expensive internet service on the phone. Downside is the phone is not internet savvy. I gave up after a few months. Plus, my carrier charges more for internet service on a phone they don't carry. The jerks. Another downside is the phone has no USB port. The USB cable connects to the phone by a strange little port that accepts only Sony input devices, designed to rack up aftermarket bucks. Jerks. It's still a fun and powerful little phone. I love it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

What's not so great: Instructions manual completely out of date
Try to access bluetooth features using the instructions manual. It's insane.
Sony-Ericsson simply forgot to update the instructions manual.
Try using zoom to take a picture or record a movie. The images become quickly blurred.
Great expectations can be disappointing about this cell phone.

What's not so great: keep loosing my phones..
Amazing phone,have been using Sony for quite a while and have lost 3phones in the last 3months..the last one being this one which I picked up in Asia..worked like a dream and easy to use..have a Sony Viao..works well with it..am going to buy this model again.Excellent features...amust buy for all you Sony lovers..
