What's great about it: Everything at your fingertips, makes multi-tasking possible
What's not so great: Needs better battery life
"I got a text about my neice's birthday "must have" gift when landing at the airport. Used the internet while running to the car to locate the item, then used GPS device for nearest location. Dashed to the car, used the speakerphone to call my sister while I drove to the location. Got the product, took a picture, sent it, got confirmation, bought it and was at the party without missing a beat!

What's great about it: everything is great about iPhone 3G!!!!
What's not so great: BATTERY LIFE

"The iphone is the single most product that has generated hype to such unprecedented levels. And having it in my hand i believe every one of them is true and justified. It is great for browsing with true internet capability unlike the unusable browsers of blackberry. The application store is a huge hit with so many innovative applications. What's great about it: The only smart phone you DONT have to be smart to use
What's not so great: Battery life is terrible - especially if you use push mail
"Things have just gotten better from the first gen iPhone to the 3G - with the exception of battery life
If you are looking for a smart phone and are willing to put up with charging your phone almost every night after shelling out the cash to get this baby, this phone is made for you"

"This is a better model than the original iPhone.And it has a better price too.It loads a lot faster than the original model.And the overall features are amazing.The only problem is the battery life.If you haven't got the original iPhone yet,this is the better one."

What's great about it: nice little computer in your phone
What's not so great: service does not work at my desk, I have to stand in the parking lot
"Incredible phone. Highly recommended. Nice viewable and usable screen. Great apps and features that allow me to work while away from my desk.
I guess I can always use my Workstation and laptop at my desk instead of the iPhone, at least until a new cell phone tower goes up, phone service works through the wifi, or some other service carrier picks up the iPhone. Until then, I'm stuck with the Dare and VZ service."

What's great about it: More storage space than the 2G
What's not so great: Battery Life, slow response to touch screen
"I started with the 2g & as it did have some, OK a lot of glitches. After exchanging 7 iphones and 1 year it seemed to be working fairly seamless. I think I should have stuck with the 2G. This new 3G eats up battery life if you keep the 3G technology turned on, use any of the apps, or talk on the phone. Basically if your a techno nerd or just want the latest & greatest maybe wait until they master major problem of battery life. If you use your phone on a regular basis( either talking or using apps more than a total of 2hours a day) you'll have to fully charge your iPhone at least 2 times a day"

What's not so great: Screen gets smudges, but cleans easily
"This is one of the best smart phones i have ever had. I switched over from Verizon to AT&T because I use my iPod a lot and whats worse than carrying around your iPod and your phone together. Plus keys and your pockets gets quite full. In comes the iPhone, iPod and phone in your pockets, not to mention its like a mini laptop. Texting and GPS and you basically have a cell phone, TomTom, iPod and movie player all in one compact device. Battery lasts at least 4 hours and if your like me, plug it in in your car or at work and its doesn't even come into play. GREAT PHONE!!! GREAT iPOD!!!! BUY THIS!!! Worth EVERY PENNY!!!"

"This phone is great for people who use the internet a lot on the go. Lots of useful apps (pretty much anything you can think of). The battery life is kind of weak though and you will need to charge your phone every night (charges very fast though)."

What's great about it: Fast, very fast.
What's not so great: I don't see any drawbacks with this very cool I-Phone
"This is the coolest device I have ever used. It's my phone, mp3 player, movie player, data storage device, web browser, gaming device and so much more. I hardly ever need to bring my laptop or DVD player when out and about any more. I just slip it in my pocket and bounce out the door. I don't know how the 3G works, but it sure works fast when I want something off the web big or small.
If you get the chance I highly recommend you pick one up."
