What's great about it: Almost everything
What's not so great: Limited internet capability

"I have had my PSP for about 3 weeks now and overall I am very pleased with it. One of the main reasons I purchased it was for the wireless internet capability, however it has extremly limited memory to run the flash player required to watch videos online. I tried a few differant sites and it just can't do it. All my setting are correct, however there may yet be somthing I am missing. Overall the system is great and you would be a fool not to own one."

What's great about it: Very easy to use, Great durablity
What's not so great: Bad Game library, Hard to put videos and music on it,speakers are very soft

"This is way better then a Nintendo DS because of all the things you can do surf the web,play music,pictures,and videos although the game library is bad and its very hard to put videos onit . IT'S WORTH THE EXTRA MONEY BUY IT YOU'LL LOVE IT."

What's great about it: The fact that it is portable
What's not so great: Downloading music from computer

"This is the best game system i have ever had i had the psp, the ds, computer , wii , xbox 360. The reasons are simpleit beat the ds in graphics it beat the computer in value it beat the wii in fun and graphic it beat the xbox in over heating i hate the red ring of death.This is just the best i wanted the daxter edition for my birthday last year and i got one and i got iron man. It was the best intill about a week after all the pixels in the top half of the screen died so i got a new one because of the warrinty and the same problem happened so i got my money back from walmart because we disited the lot that went the must be bad so we got one from best buy and it works perfectly just make shore you have a screen cover and you can buy those at best buy and don't go to game stop because of the bad return plan but now i am selling my psp so i can get the psp 3000 and if you look for it online you can find a camera that plugs in to the top of you psp in the usb spot so you can take pictures and videos with after a while you will need a bigger memory card and i bought an 8 GB at best buy and i can not find any good games at gamestop but i found a lot i wanted at best buy"

"i love the fax that you can do everything with it,from playing a game ,watching a movie, looking at pictures and getting on the internet.it has it all. my husbasnd use it on his trips and the battery life last a long time. i wish they would make everthing this much fun.dont leave home with out it !"

What's great about it: All the functions of a computer, excellent movie/game picture, light weight
What's not so great: The Speakers could be a bit louder

"I bought my PSP about a year ago now, and it is just perfect. I have uploaded a bunch of photos, songs, and movies from my computer and I still have plenty of memory for saving my games. Whenever I am on my College Campus I can log onto the internet whenever thanks to the Wi-Fi capability. The only thing that needs some improvement is the sound. It's clear, but not loud, and the screen seems to get dirty too easily(perhaps a flip cover for it). Also, the price is a bit steep, but you do get what you pay for!"

"The system is very durable. I've dropped the psp 1000 many times and all that broke was one of the clips that holds the batterycase on. No flaws, great battery life when not using the UMD drive. Will wait for the core pack though"

What's great about it: Great Value, Microphone, anti-glare screen
What's not so great: adequate battery life [without new 12 hour battery pack]

"The PSP is the pinnacle of handheld/ on the go gaming, it plays movies, games, you can download music, its simply awesome!!! In fact, the only complaint that I have is that the battery life on average is only about three hours. However, there is a new battery pack available that extends the battery life to 10-12 hours! So to sum it up, the system is perfect! I would 100% recommend this to a friend, its the perfect gift!"

"This is a very good portable system. It can do anything from view pictures, watch videos and umd movies, play psp games, surf the web and listen to music. Some of u may have heard that the psp 3000 has some issues with showing scan lines and this really is not that true. It does who the occasional scan line but it is no were near as bad as some say it is. I played it for a couple hours on Final Fantasy Crisis Core and only noticed the scan lines 2 different times so it is no big deal at all. The new screen is a beatiful thing and is very bright and very vibrant colors. Another cool thing is how light this new psp is, u can play for hours and not get a arm/hand ache. I would go as far as to say that it is lighter then the ds lite. I would reccommend this for anyone who likes games and loves more then just games."

"some say there were "interlacing issues" on their psp screen but i think it was just a defect because mine works great in and out of the sunlight. game is fun and movie quality is great for such a small device. "A little on the pricey side?" well i think it is worth the money!!!"

What's great about it: Vibrant color screen, graphics are top notch, wifi

"This is my first psp. I initially brought the ds lite because of wanting to play the mario bros games and the touch screen, however, after reading some reviews I decided to give the psp a shot and I actually love it. I wish the batteries would last longer...that is the only thing that the ds has over the psp...the ds ran forever on one charge, but with that aside, the games for the psp are awesome, the graphics are amazing, and the playability is not as hard as I thought it would be. I love silver so the console in silver is a bonus for me. It is super fun...I can't put it down."

"I have to say this is the best psp to date with the nice matte finish color silver on the psp down to the mic, the colorful new screen that is more vibrant than other psp models. Really for the price very nice bundle so far to date w/, a game, movie umd, memory card, and downloads, this is my 3rd psp can't wait for another color like white bundle for the PSP 3000, the PSP IS MUCH LIGHTER than the PSP 2000 seems not as durable, but really have had no problems. for portable gaming this is a top notch system! you can hook up on a hdtv and a normal non hdtv tv now way cool especially when my kids want to play a game but not on the good tv... Your onto something SONY however if you got a clue to put another analog stick on the right side of this game system and get rid of the umd drive and add a hard drive with more memory space this system would be a 10+ until then it is a very good system for the money! DUDE GET YOUR OWN! PSP!!!!!!!!"
