What's great about it: Flexible
What's not so great: Nothing
It is much easier moving the refrigerator with a flexible line. Needed to use care with the copper line to avoid kinking.

What's great about it: sturdy, easy to use

What's great about it: Reliable product
What's not so great: Can't think of anything.
I really appreciate having the 'in-the-door' water and ice, so it's always great to have excellent parts as well to ensure carefree use and long life of my ability to have water into my refrigerator.

Everything included you need too hook-up a refrigerator although, I would prefer a different connector. Specificially, one that inserts into the refrigerator tube vice coupling.
I would recommend this to a friend!

It does its job, getting water from the wall to the refrigerator. Priced a little high though.
